Abstract
Bali memiliki pecalang sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya yang memiliki tugas menjaga keamanan, oleh karena itu peran kepercayaan wisatawan asing pada pecalang terhadap niat berkunjung kembali merupakan hal yang penting untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepercayaan wisatawan asing terhadap niat berkunjung kembali wisatawan asing ke Bali. Penelitian ini melibatkan 116 wisatawan asing dari seluruh dunia yang sedang berwisata ke Bali yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Skala yang digunakan dalam mengukur kepercayan wisatawan asing pada pecalang adalah General Trust Scale (GTS) yang disusun berdasarkan teori dari Yamagishi dan dimodifikasi dalam penelitian terbaru oleh Yamaguchi. Kepuasan wisatawan asing akan diukur dengan skala Tourist Revisit Intention Scale (TRIS) yang dikembangkan oleh Luo dan Hsieh. Analisis data penelitian akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisa data simple-regression. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepercayaan pada pecalang memiliki peran terhadap niat berkunjung kembali wisatawan asing untuk berwisata ke Bali.
English Abstract
Bali has pecalang as a cultural tourism attraction that has the task of maintaining security. Therefore the role of foreign tourists' trust in pecalang towards revisiting intentions is important to be examined. This study aims to determine the role of foreign tourist confidence in the intention to return foreign tourists to Bali. This study involved 116 foreign tourists from all over the world who were travelling to Bali obtained by purposive sampling technique. The scale used in measuring the confidence of foreign tourists in Pecalang is the General Trust Scale (GTS) which was compiled based on the theory of Yamagishi and modified in a recent study by Yamaguchi. Foreign tourist satisfaction will be measured by the Tourist Revisit Intention Scale (TRIS) scale developed by Luo and Hsieh. Analysis of research data will be performed using simple-regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study found that trust in pecalang has a role in the intention to revisit foreign tourists to travel to Bali.
