Abstract
Atraumatic Care adalah suatu layanan yang diberikan perawat dalam upaya pelayanan kesehatan anak dengan mengurangi perasaan trauma fisik dan psikis yang dialami anak dan orang tua, dengan cara membuang atau mengantisipasi penyebab stress psikologis dan fisik yang dialami anak-anak. Penerapan ini tidak lepas dari peran perawat yang diharapkan sebagai pemberi asuhan. Tujuan : untuk mengidentifikasi kecemasan anak prasekolah pada saat menjalani hospitalisasi di RSSA Malang, dengan desain penelitian quasy eksperimental dengan cara membandingkan 1 kelompok kontrol dan 1 kelompok intervensi. Metode : Purposive Sampling, Jumlah responden 30 anak yang dibagi menjadi 15 kelompok control dan 15 kelompok intervensi. Hasil : uji Man Whitney menunjukkkan bahwa pada tingkat kecemasan anak prasekolah tidak bermakna secara statistic ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,152.
English Abstract
Atraumatic Care is a service provided by nurses in the effort to provided health sevices for children by reducing a feeling of physical and psychological trauma experienced by children and parents, by removing or anticipating the causes of psychological and physical stress experienced by children. This application cannot be separated from the expeted role of nurses as care givers. Objective: To indentify the anxiety of preschool children while undergoing hospitalization at RSSA Malang, with a quasy experimental research design by comparing 1 control group and 1 intervension group. Method: Purposive sampling, the number of respondents 30 children were divided into 15 control group and 15 intervension group. Results: The Man Whitney test showed that at the anxiety level preschool children were not statistically significant as indicated by a siginificance value of 0.152.
