Abstract
BGM merupakan parameter yang digunakan untuk melihat tumbuh kembang balita serta sebagai rujukan awal balita mengalami masalah gizi. Data Profil Dinas Kesehatan Kota Malang Tahun 2018 menunjukkan terdapat 234 kasus baita gizi kurang yang tersebar di 5 kecamatan. Peran ibu sebagai ibu rumah tangga sekaligus ibu bekerja menjadi garda terdepan dalam memberikan pengasuhan terbaik untuk buah hatinya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengeksplorasi peran ibu bekerja terhadap kondisi balita BGM di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cisadea Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2018 hingga Desember 2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua kelurahan yang merupakan wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cisadea yaitu Kelurahan Purwantoro dan Blimbing. Informan penelitian ini adalah ibu bekerja di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cisadea kota malang sebanyak delapan informan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam serta triangulasi dilakukan untuk menguji keabsahan data. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkanperan ibu bekerja terhadap kondisi balita BGM adalah praktik ibu dan pengasuh dalam tindakan yang berkaitan dengan perawatan balita BGM, peran ibu terhadap penanganan balita yang berhubungan dengan asupan makan balita BGM dan peran ibu dalam menambah pendapatan untuk mempertahankan keberagaman makanan dan meningkatkan status gizi balita BGM. Melalui peran tersebut ibu memiliki peran aktif dalam tindakannya memperbaiki status kesehatan balita BGM.
English Abstract
Below the Red Line is a parameter that is used to see toddlers flourish, and as an early reference, they are malnourished. The profile of the city's health service in 2018 indicates that there are 234 cases of undernourished toddlers scattered throughout 5 sub-district areas. The role of the mother as a homemaker and the mother is employed as role models in giving her toddler the best parenting possible. The purpose of the research is to explore the role of mothers working against the condition of toddlers below the red line in the corridors of working areas of the unfortunate city. This study is a qualitative study carried out from December 2018 to December 2019. This study is conducted in two classes that are the areas of the medical work district of Cisadea for Purwantoro and Blimbing. The informants in this study involved are mothers working out of toddlers. Data collection is done with deep interviews and triangulation done to test the validity of data. From studies, the role of mothers working in the condition of toddlers below the red line is their maternal and caregiver in actions relating to the care of toddlers below the red line, and the role of mothers in the handling of toddlers in terms of how to feed and raise incomes to maintain diversity and improve the nutritional status of the toddler. Through which role the mother has an active role in her actions improving the health status of the toddlers.
