Abstract
Pelayanan farmasi klinik merupakan pelayanan kesehatan yang dilakukan oleh apoteker kepada pasien untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan terapi. Dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan terapi pasien diperlukan kerjasama antar tenaga kesehatan, terutama dokter dengan apoteker. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, yaitu usia dan lama kerja, dengan persepsi dan harapan dokter terhadap pelayanan farmasi klinik di Rumah Sakit Islam Universitas Islam Malang (Unisma). Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh dokter penanggung jawab pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Islam Unisma, Malang. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner dengan wawancara; pada kuesioner persepsi terdapat delapan pertanyaan dan kuesioner harapan terdapat sembilan pertanyaan. Setelah didapatkan data hasil penelitian, maka dilakukan uji korelasi antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dengan metode Somers’d, jika nilai p ≤ 0,05 maka dikatakan terdapat hubungan antar variabel. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil p = 0,282 untuk usia dan persepsi, p = 0,768 untuk lama kerja dan persepsi, p = 0,281 untuk usia dan harapan, p = 0,803 untuk lama kerja dan harapan, sehingga tidak terdapat hubungan antar variabel. Sebagian besar dokter mempunyai persepsi yang cukup (77,25%) dan harapan yang baik (81,44%) terhadap pelayanan farmasi klinik. Pada hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia dokter dan lama kerja dengan persepsi dan harapan dokter terhadap pelayanan farmasi klinik di Rumah Sakit Islam Unisma Malang.
English Abstract
Clinical pharmaceutical care is a health care which is performed by pharmacist for patients to improve therapy efficacy. To increase the success of the patient therapy, a colaboration between health workers, especially between doctors and pharmacists, is needed. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation of the factors (age and work experience) that influence the perceptions and expectations of doctors in clinical pharmaceutical care at Unisma Islamic Hospital Malang. The analysis that was used in this research was a quantitative analysis using cross sectional design. The subject used in this research were all doctors in charge of inpatient at Unisma Islamic Hospital Malang. Data were collected through the questionnaire with interview. In perceptions questionnaire there were eight questions and in the expectations questionnaire there were nine questions. After obtaining the results, a correlation test between the independent variables and the dependent variables with the Somers’d method was conducted. There is a correlation if the value of p ≤ 0,05, whereas in this research the results obtained p = 0,282 for age and perceptions, p = 0,768 for work experience and perceptions, p = 0,281 for age and expectations, p = 0,803 for work experience and expectations. There were no correlation between all variables. Most doctors had sufficient perceptions (77,25%) and good expectations (81,44%) of clinical pharmaceutical care. The result of this research is there is no correlation between age and work experience with doctors perceptions and expectations in clinical pharmaceutical care at The Islamic Hospital of Malang Islamic University.
