Abstract

Proses hospitalisasi merupakan suatu proses yang mengharuskan anak untuk tinggal dan menjalani perawatan di rumah sakit dan banyak dialami oleh anak usia prasekolah. Regresi merupakan dampak hospitalisasi pada anak yang dapat menyebabkan kemunduran perkembangan anak. Regresi anak ini dapat diminimalkan dengan perilaku asertif perawat yang merupakan tingkah laku dalam hubungan interpersonal yang bersifat jujur dengan kondisi lingkungan keperawatan. Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan perilaku asertif perawat terhadap regresi anak usia prasekolah yang menjalani hospitalisasi di ruang anak RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi eksklusi dan didapatkan sampel sejumlah 44 anak prasekolah. Pengujian normalitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan Saphiro-Wilk Test, perilaku asertif perawat didapatkan hasil signifikan 0.069 dan regresi anak prasekolah dengan hasil 0,214. Berdasarkan hasil analisa bivariate menggunakan uji korelasi Product Moment Pearson dengan hasil statistik menunjukkan nilai p-value (0.008) kurang dari alpha 0,05, dikatakan terdapat hubungan antara perilaku asertif perawat terhadap regresi anak prasekolah. Kekuatan korelasi yang dihasilkan sangat kuat (-0.961) dan bersifat negatif artinya semakin tinggi perilaku asertif perawat, maka semakin rendah regresi anak prasekolah. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan lebih disempurnakan perilaku asertif perawat terhadap regresi anak usia prasekolah agar terpenuhi keempat parameter regresi dan kontrol pemberian intervensi lebih ketat.

English Abstract

The hospitalization process is a process that requires children to live and undergo treatment in a hospital and is experienced by many preschoolers. Regression is the impact of hospitalization on children that can cause deterioration of child development. This child's regression can be minimized by nurses' assertive behavior which is behavior in honest interpersonal relationships with the conditions of the nursing environment. The study aims to identify the relationship of nurses' assertive behavior to the regression of preschool-aged children undergoing hospitalization in the children's room of RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. This study used a cross sectional design. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique with exclusion inclusion criteria and a sample of 44 preschool children was obtained. Normality testing was performed using the Saphiro-Wilk Test, nurses' assertive behavior obtained significant results of 0.069 and regression of preschool children with results of 0.214. Based on the results of bivariate analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation test with statistical results showing a p-value (0.008) less than alpha 0.05, it is said that there is a relationship between nurses' assertive behavior towards preschool children's regression. The resulting correlation strength is very strong (-0.961) and is negative, meaning that the higher the nurse's assertive behavior, the lower the preschool child's regression. For further researchers, it is expected that the nurses' assertive behavior towards the regression of preschool children is expected to be more refined so that the four parameters of the regression and control of intervention intervention are met.
