Abstract
Gagal jantung merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular sebagai penyebab kematian nomor satu di Indonesia. Di RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang dilaporkan prevalensi penderita gagal jantung bulan januari sampai juli 2019 yang rehospitalisasi sebesar 13,24% atau 111 orang dari 838 total pasien mrs. Perawatan mandiri pada gagal jantung membutuhkan partisipasi keluarga yang meliputi kepatuhan minum obat, menurunkan konsumsi garam dalam diet. Partisipasi dari keluarga merupakan salah satu konsep dari model family centered care yang tepat digunakan pada perawatan mandiri pasien gagal jantung. Family centered care merupakan suatu pendekatan untuk perencanaan, pengiriman,kolaborasi, partisipasi serat evaluasi perawatan kesehatannyang didasarkan pada kemitraan yang saling menguntungkan antara ppasien, keluarga dan professionall perawatan kesehatann. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan keluarga tentang family centered care dan self efficacy keluarga pada pasien gagal jantung diruang 5A dan 5B di RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, dengan ddesain penelitiann posttestt only controll design yang melakukan edukasi dan pemberian lembar kuesioner tingkat pengetahuan tentang family centered care dan kuisioner self efficay pada keluarga yang menunggu dan merawat klien di ruang 5A dan ruang 5B, dan bermetode Probability Sampling. Jumlah total responden 50 keluarga, kelompok kontrol 25 responden dan kelompok intervensi dengan edukasi 25 responden menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Hasil uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan pengaruh p-valuee (0,004) < α (0,05)). Kesimpulan hasil penelitiann ini adalah terdapat pengaruhh edukasi yang signifikan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan keluarga tentang family centered care dan self efficacy keluarga pada pasien gagal jantung di ruang 5A dan 5B di RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang.
English Abstract
Heart failure is one of the non-communicable diseases as the number one cause of death in Indonesia. At RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang reported the prevalence of heart failure sufferers from January to July 2019 who were rehospitalized by 13.24% or 111 out of 838 patients. Self-care for heart failure requires family participation which includes adherence to taking medication, reducing salt consumption in the diet. Family participation is one of the concepts of the family centered care model that is appropriate for the independent care of heart failure patients. Family centered care is an approach to planning, delivery, collaboration, participation in evaluation of health care that is based on a mutually beneficial partnership between patients, families and health care professionals. This study was to determine the effect of education on the level of family knowledge about family centered care and family self-efficacy in patients with heart failure in rooms 5A and 5B in RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, with a posttestt only controll design research design that educated and administered knowledge level questionnaire sheets about family centered care and selfefficacy questionnaires to family waiting and caring for clients in room 5A and room 5B, and using the Probability Sampling method. The total number of respondents is 50 families, the control group is 25 respondents and the intervention group is educated by 25 respondents using the Random Sampling technique. Mann Whitney test results show the influence of p-value (0.004) <α (0.05)). The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant educational influence on the level of family knowledge about family centered care and family self efficacy in heart failure patients in rooms 5A and 5B in RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang.
