Abstract

Industri pangan tidak terlepas dari aspek kehalalan. Berdasarkan UU No. 33 Tahun 2014 terkait Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH), semua produk yang masuk, beredar, dan diperdagangkan di Indonesia wajib bersertifikat halal. Kendala perusahaan dalam memperkirakan biaya sertifikasi halal dapat diatasi dengan aplikasi halal sertification cost. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh persepsi user terhadap penggunaan nyata aplikasi. Sebelum digunakan user, aplikasi perlu diuji pada beberapa aspek dan penerimaannya. Analisis penerimaan user dilakukan dengan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk analisa data. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (PKP), persepsi manfaat (PM), minat menggunakan (MM) dan penggunaan nyata (PN). Responden penelitian ini yaitu 15 pengusaha industri olahan dan 15 pengusaha restoran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi manfaat dengan nilai thitung 2,322. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan dengan nilai thitung 0,717. Persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan dengan nilai thitung 2,985. Minat menggunakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan nyata dengan nilai thitung 3,695. Secara umum, responden menerima aplikasi, namun masih perlu perbaikan diantaranya menambah menu bantuan dan informasi menu home.

English Abstract

The food industry is always related with the halal aspect. Based on UU No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee (JPH), all products that enter, circulate, and trade in Indonesia must be halal certified. The company's constraints in estimating the cost of halal certification can be solved by the halal certification cost apps. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of user perceptions on the actual use of halal certification cost apps. Before the application is given to the user, it needs to be tested on several aspects and user acceptance. Analysis of user acceptance is done using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach and Partial Least Square (PLS) method for data analysis. The variables in this study were perceived ease of use (PKP), perceived usefulness (PM), behavioral intention to use (MM) and actual use (PN). Respondents in this study consisted of 15 processed industry entrepreneurs and 15 restaurant entrepreneurs. The results showed that the perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on the perceived usefulness with a tvalue 2.322. Perceived ease of use has positive effect but not significant on behavioral intention to use apps with a tvalue 0.717. Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on interest in using the tvalue 2.985. Behavioral intention to use has a positive and significant effect on actual use with a tvalue 3.695. Generally, the respondents received the application, but still need improvement including the addition of a help menu and information on the home menu
