Abstract
TB-MDR merupakan penyakit Tuberkulosis dimana Micobacterium tuberculosis menjadi resisten terhadap rifampicin dan isoniazid.. Gangguan emosional merupakan salah satu penyebab ketidakberhasilan pengobatan TB-MDR. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan regimen pengobatan dengan gangguan emosional pasien TB-MDR di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuisioner tentang pengetahuan TB-MDR yang disusun oleh Linda (2012) dan Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) 42 versi translasi ke bahasa Indonesia oleh Damanik. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 51 pasien dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling pada pasien yang sedang menjalani pengobatan TB-MDR fase intensif dan berusia lebih dari 17 tahun. Hasil uji Spearman rho didapatkan hasil bahwa pengetahuan memiliki koefisian korelasi paling tinggi pada tingkat stres sebesar -0,461 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (p<0,05). Regimen pengobatan memiliki koefisien korelasi paling tinggi pada tingkat depresi sebesar -0,517 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu semakin baik pengetahuan pasien maka semakin ringan gangguan emosionalnya dan semakin panjang regimen pengobatan maka semakin ringan gangguan emosionalnya. Identifikasi gangguan emosional kepada seluruh pasien yang akan melakukan pengobatan MDR sangat penting, diperlukan adanya SPO konseling yang digunakan sebagai acuan memberikan edukasi.
English Abstract
MDR-TB is a tuberculosis disease where Micobacterium tuberculosis becomes resistant to rifampicin and isoniazid. Emotional disorders are one of the causes of the failure of MDR-TB treatment. This study was to determine the relationship of knowledge and treatment regimens with emotional disorders of MDR-TB patients in Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. This study uses a cross sectional research design. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire about MDR-TB knowledge compiled by Linda (2012) and a translated version of the Indonesian Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) 42 by Damanik. The number of respondents in this study were 51 patients using the purposive sampling technique in patients undergoing intensive phase of MDR-TB treatment and aged more than 17 years. The Spearman rho test results showed that knowledge has the highest correlation coefficient at the stress level of -0.461 with a significance value of 0.001 (p <0.05). The treatment regimen had the highest correlation coefficient at depression level of -0.517 with a significance value of 0.001 (p <0.05). The conclusion of this study is that the better the patient's knowledge, the lighter the emotional disturbance and the longer the treatment regimen, the lighter the emotional disturbance. Identification of emotional disturbances to all patients who will take MDR treatment is very important, it is necessary to have SPO counseling that is used as a reference to provide education. Further research needs to be developed in a larger sample and sufficient time to be able to explore more factors associated with emotional disorders of MDR-TB patients. Officers on the MDR-TB team are expected to provide appropriate counseling for emotional disorders so as not to aggravate the side effects of treatment.
