Abstract
Karsinoma serviks merupakan salah satu keganasan terbanyak yang menyerang wanita di Indonesia. Penyebab utama kanker serviks ini adalah HPV (Human Papilloma Virus). Kelompok berisiko tinggi dapat terinfeksi kanker serviks adalah wanita usia lebih dari 35 tahun, wanita yang merokok, pemakaian kontrasepsi hormonal dalam jangka waktu yang lama, dan sering berganti-ganti pasangan. Salah satu penyebab penyebaran virus ini terutama melalui hubungan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya faktor determinan yang berpengaruh terhadap health seeking behavior terhadap penderita kanker leher rahim. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional yang melibatkan penderita kanker serviks di RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar, Malang. Jumlah sampel adalah 70 responden. Data diperoleh melalui metode kuesioner selama bulan Agustus 2019. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan faktor analisis dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan health seeking behavior dengan kanker serviks. Hasil faktor analisis didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara human biology (p=0,019), lifestyle (p=0,001), dan health care provider (p=0,015) terhadap health seeking behaviour. Dari hasil analisis faktor didapatkan usia pertama kali menikah dan berhubungan seksual merupakan faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap health seeking behaviour. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara human biology, lifestyle, dan health care provider terhadap health seeking behaviour, untuk faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi health seeking behaviour adalah faktor usia pertama kali menikah dan berhubungan seksual.
English Abstract
Cervical carcinoma is one of the most common malignancies affecting women in Indonesia. The main cause of cervical cancer is HPV (Human Papilloma Virus). High-risk groups that can be infected with cervical cancer are women over 35 years old, women who smoke, use hormonal contraception for a long time, and frequently change partners. One cause of the spread of this virus mainly through sexual contact. This study aims to determine the presence of determinant factors that influence health seeking behavior in patients with cervical cancer. This research is a cross-sectional study involving cervical cancer sufferers at Dr. dr. Saiful Anwar, the city of Malang. The number of samples is 70 respondents. Data obtained through the questionnaire method during August 2019. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods and factor analysis with the application of SPSS. Descriptive analysis results show that there is a relationship between health seeking behavior with cervical cancer. The results of the factor analysis found a significant relationship between human biology (p = 0.019), lifestyle (p = 0.001), and health care provider (p = 0.015) to health seeking behavior. From the results of the factor analysis, it is found that the age of first marriage and sexual intercourse is the dominant factor influencing health seeking behavior. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between human biology, health care providers, and lifestyle on health seeking behavior, for the most dominant factor affecting health seeking behavior is the age factor of first marriage and sexual relations.
