Abstract
Dunia teknologi saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat, salah satunya adalah dalam layanan menonton film yang dapat dilakukan secara streaming melalui aplikasi, sehingga aplikasi tersebut dituntut untuk memberikan kualitas yang baik. Terdapat banyak sekali aplikasi streaming film dengan kualitas yang baik seperti VIU, IFLIX, HOOQ, dan lain-lain, maka diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk memilih aplikasi streaming film yang digunakan mahasiswa. Pada skripsi ini akan dilakukan pemilihan aplikasi streaming film terbaik dengan menggunakan kombinasi dari 2 metode yaitu metode Entropy dan metode Preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluation II (PROMETHEE II). Ditentukan 5 kriteria yang memengaruhi dalam pemilihan aplikasi streaming film terbaik. Metode Entropy digunakan untuk menghitung bobot kriteria yang, selanjutnya digunakan metode PROMETHEE II untuk mengevaluasi alternatif. Hasil dari analisis menggunakan metode Entropy dan PROMETHEE II diperoleh bobot tertinggi pada kriteria kapasitas penyimpanan dan aplikasi streaming film terbaik bagi Mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya adalah aplikasi IFLIX.
English Abstract
The world of technology is currently experiencing rapid growth, one of which is in service to watch movies that can be done streaming through the application, so the application is required to provide good quality. There are many applications streaming films with good quality such as VIU, IFLIX, HOOQ, and others, it wouls require a decision support system for select applications streaming student of film used. This thesis will do the selection of applications streaming best films by using a combination of the two methods is the Entropy method and Preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluation II (PROMETHEE II). Determined five criteria that influence the selection of applications streaming best film. Method Entropy used to calculate the weight of the criteria, then the PROMETHEE II method is used to evaluate the alternatives. The results of the analysis using method Entropy and PROMETHEE II obtained the highest weight on the criterion of storage capacity and the best movie streaming application for student of Brawijaya University is an IFLIX.
