Abstract
Banyak isu dalam pelayanan kesehatan seperti tuntutan masyarakat akan pelayanan kesehatan yang sesuai standar dan bebas dari kesalahan medik, dan adanya ketimpangan pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima pasien BPJS dan non BPJS. Salah satu alternatif untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan diterapkannya Clinical Pathway. Penerapan Clinical Pathway akan dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dan sikap dari seorang tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap dari Dokter Gigi BPJS dan non BPJS terhadap Clinical Pathway di Malang Raya. Berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan penerapan Clinical Pathway yang signifikan oleh Dokter Gigi BPJS dan Non BPJS. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari pengetahuan dan sikap Dokter Gigi BPJS dan non BPJS di Malang raya, dan hasil dari analisi data yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa Dokter Gigi BPJS memiliki pengetahuan tentang Clinical Pathway yang lebih tinggi, dan sikap yang lebih patuh terhadap Clinical Pathway dari pada Dokter Gigi non BPJS.
English Abstract
Number of issues in health services such as demands from community for a better health service and an appropriate standart to avoid medical errors, and the imbalance of health services received by BPJS and non BPJS patients. One alternative to address these problems by applying Clinical Pathway. The application of Clinical Pathway will be influenced by knowledge and attitude of doctor, dentist or other health workers. The objective of this research is to know the difference and analyze the level of knowledge and attitude of BPJS Dentist and non BPJS Dentist towards Clinical Pathway in Malang Raya. Based on the results test with Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test it is known there are significant differences in Clinical Pathway implementation by Dentist BPJS and non BPJS. Conclusion of this research is that there are significant differences in knowledge and attitudes of BPJS and non-BPJS Dentists in Malang Raya, and the results of data analysis obtained shown that BPJS Dentists have slightly higher knowledge about Clinical Pathway than BPJS Dentist , and a more compliant attitude towards the application of Clinical Pathway from BPJS Dentist than non BPJS Dentists.
