Abstract
Penilaian terhadap hasil belajar murid berkebutuhan khusus memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk orang tua murid dan guru di sekolah. Keberhasilan murid dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dapat diketahui dari nilai yang diberikan oleh guru di sekolahnya. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada SLB Negeri 7 Jakarta adalah saat guru ingin melakukan penilaian di luar kelas, guru harus mencatat nilai terlebih dahulu di kertas kemudian di pindahkan ke excel setelah pelajaran di luar kelas selesai. Hal itu beresiko apabila kertas tersebut hilang atau rusak. Selain itu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh wali kelas adalah ketika wali kelas ingin mengisi rapor, wali kelas harus mengumpulkan nilai murid tersebut dari guru mata pelajaran. Hal ini dapat memperlambat wali kelas dalam mengisi rapor murid. Orang tua murid juga tidak dapat mengetahui informasi anaknya terkait proses belajar di sekolah secara real time tetapi hanya pada saat pembagian rapor di tengah semester atau akhir semester. Sehingga orang tua murid tidak dapat melakukan pembelajaran tambahan di rumah terkait mata pelajaran yang nilainya masih kurang. Sistem manajemen penilaian dibangun untuk mengatasi permasalahan – permasalahan tersebut. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu guru dalam melakukan penilaian murid dan memberikan informasi real time dari masing – masing murid kepada orang tua murid. Proses pengembangan sistem ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Tahapan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu studi literatur, tahap kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan pendekatan object-oriented. Pada tahap analisis kebutuhan didapatkan 65 kebutuhan fungsional dan 1 kebutuhan non fungsional. Pada tahap implementasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework codeigniter. Pengujian dilakukan dengan 2 pendekatan yaitu pendekatan white-box dan pendekatan black-box. Pendekatan white-box digunakan untuk pengujian unit dan integrasi dengan hasil 100% valid sedangkan pendekatan black-box digunakan untuk pengujian validasi dengan hasil 100 % valid. Pengujian compatibility telah dilakukan bahwa sistem ini dapat berjalan di 2 browser yaitu Microsoft Edge dan Internet Explorer.
English Abstract
Assessment of the learning outcomes of students with special needs has a very important role for parents of students and teachers at school. The success of students in learning at school can be known from the value given by the teacher at his school. The problem that often occurs in SLB Negeri 7 Jakarta is when the teacher wants to do an assessment outside the classroom, the teacher must first record the grades on paper and then transfer them to Excel after the lessons outside the classroom are finished. This is risky if the paper is lost or damaged. In addition, the problem faced by the homeroom teacher is when the homeroom teacher wants to fill in a report card, the homeroom teacher must collect the student's grades from the subject teacher. This can slow down homeroom teacher in filling student report cards. Parents also cannot find out their child's information related to the learning process in school in real time but only when the report card is distributed in the middle of the semester or at the end of the semester. So parents can not do additional learning at home related subjects whose grades are still lacking. An assessment management system was built to overcome these problems. This system is expected to assist teachers in conducting student assessments and provide real time information from each student to the parents of students. The system development process is carried out using the waterfall method. The stages carried out in this research are the study of literature, the stages of need, design, implementation, testing and drawing conclusions with an object-oriented approach. In the needs analysis phase, 65 functional needs and 1 non-functional requirements are found. At the implementation stage, it is carried out using a codeigniter framework. Testing is done with 2 approaches, namely the white-box approach and the black-box approach. The white-box approach is used for unit testing and integration with 100% valid results while the black-box approach is used for validation testing with 100% valid results. Compatibility testing has been done that this system can run on 2 browsers namely Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer.
