Abstract
Analisis WarpPLS merupakan pengembangan dari analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Analisis second order dengan pendekatan WarpPLS bermanfaat sebagai theoritical utility, yaitu pengembangan sub-dimensi yang lebih spesifik untuk menjelaskan karakter sebuah variabel laten yang bersifat umum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui seberapa tepat item dan indikator yang digunakan pada data penelitian dalam menjelaskan karakter variabel laten; (2) mengetahui pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Masyarakat (IPMas) dan Indeks Modal Sosial (IMS) terhadap Indeks Kepuasan Layanan Infrastruktur (IKLI). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis second order dengan pendekatan WarpPLS menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Barenlitbang Kota Malang dengan tiga variabel yaitu IPMas, IMS dan IKLI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item dan indikator penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur masing-masing variabel laten. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh positif variabel IMS terhadap variabel IPMas, variabel IKLI terhadap variabel IPMas, dan variable IKLI terhadap variabel IPMas melalui variabel IMS. Berdasarkan pengaruh hubungan tersebut diketahui bahwa pengaruh variabel IKLI terhadap variabel IPMas lebih besar jika dimediasi oleh variabel IMS.
English Abstract
WarpPLS analysis is a development of Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Second order analysis with the WarpPLS approach is useful as a theoretical utility, namely the development of sub-dimensions that are more specific to explain the character of a general latent variable. The purpose of this study is to: (1) find out how precisely the items and indicators used in the research data in explaining the character of latent variables; (2) knowing the effect of the Community Development Index (IPMas) and the Social Capital Index (IMS) on the Infrastructure Service Satisfaction Index (IKLI). This study uses a second order analysis with the WarpPLS approach using secondary data obtained from the Barenlitbang Malang City with three variables, namely IPMas, IMS and IKLI. The results of the study indicate that all items and indicators of the study can be used as a measure of each latent variable. In addition, there is a positive effect of the IMS variable on the IPMas variable, the IKLI variable on the IPMas variable, and the IKLI variable on the IPMas variable through the IMS variable. Based on the influence of the relationship it is known that the effect of the IKLI variable on the IPMas variable is greater if it is mediated by the IMS variable.
