Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji sistem pengontrolan kadar asap menggunakan metode PID dengan setpoint 230ppm,. Alat pengontrolan kadar asap secara otomatis membuang asap rokok sesuai kadar ppm asap, sehingga pemakaian motor dc dapat secara optimal dari segi pemakaian energi listrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) sistem dapat mencapai target setpoint yang telah ditentukan, yaitu sebesar 230ppm 2) Sistem dapat mencapai kondisi steady state pada detik ke 270. Hasil dari performansi sistem pengontrolan kadar asap menggunakan kontroler PID berbasis Arduino Uno pada miniatur smooking room memiliki respon sistem yang baik, dengan tidak terdapat error steady state maupun overshoot. Respon sistem tanpa kontroler dan menggunakan kontroler, untuk penurunan tingkat nilai ppm, kedua-duanya mempunyai hasil yang berbeda. Untuk tanpa kontroler, penurunan tingkat nilai ppm lebih derastis daripada dengan kontroler.
English Abstract
July 2019, Smoke Control System in Miniature Smooking Room Using PID Controller Based on Arduino Uno, Advisor: Dr. Ir. Erni Yudaningtyas, MT, Goegoes Dwi Nusantoro, ST., MT. The purpose of this study was to test the smoke control system using the PID method with a 230ppm setpoint. The smoke control device automatically discharges cigarette smoke according to the smoke ppm level, so that the use of a dc motor can be optimal in terms of electrical energy usage. The results showed that, 1) the system can reach the setpoint target that has been determined, that is equal to 230ppm 2) The system can reach steady state conditions at 270 seconds. The results of the performance of the smoke level control system using the Pdu-based Arduino Uno controller in the miniature smooking room have a good system response, with no steady state error or overshoot. System response without a controller and using a controller, for decreasing the level of ppm values, both have different results. For without a controller, the reduction in the level of ppm values is more drastic than with a controller.
