Abstract
Taman Tiga Generasi merupakan salah satu RTH di Kota Balikpapan. Taman Tiga Generasi dibangun di sekitar daerah perkantoran dan pendidikan. Namun, masyarakat balikpapan masih tidak dapat memanfaatkannya dengan baik dan disalahgunakan. Keberadaan PKL yang berjualan di kawasan taman menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi pengunjung taman, dan pengelolaan taman yang masih belum sesuai seperti lampu dan kebersihan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan menurut persepsi pengunjung Taman Tiga Generasi di Kota Balikpapan, dan menentukan rekomendasi penataan Taman Tiga Generasi di Kota Balikpapan berdasarkan persepsi pengunjung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan karakteristik taman dan pengunjung Taman Tiga Generasi dengan menggunakan Analisis Tapak dan menggunakan Important Performance Analysis. Kedua analisis meyesesuaikan antara eksisting tapak dan prioritas IPA sebagai rekomendasi pengembangan Taman Tiga Generasi, yaitu yang terpenting adalah penyediaan sarana untuk berolahraga di Taman Tiga Generasi.
English Abstract
The Three Generations Park is one of green open spaces in Balikpapan City. The Three Generations Park was built within the office and education area. However, the Balikpapan community still cannot use it properly and abused it. The existence of street vendors who sell in the park area has negative impacts on visitors, and the management of the park is still not well managed, such as lights and cleaness. This study aims to determine satisfaction according to the perception of visitors of the Three Generations, and determine recommendations for site development of the Three Generations based on visitor perceptions. This study used a quantitative descriptive method to describe the characteristics of parks and visitors to the Three Generations Park using Site Analysis and Important Performance Analysis. Both analysis will be adjusted between the existing site and the priority of IPA to become a recommendation for the site development of the Three Generations Park, most importantly is to provide sport space in the Three Generations Park.
