Abstract
Penelitian dengan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif menganalisis peran aktor politik lokal dalam keberhasilan Desa Sanankerto mengoptimalkan potensi desa. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi Israel Kierzner (1971) terkait alertness dan discovery lebih cenderung kepada kewirausahaan ekonomi. Matthew McCaffrey dan Joseph T. Salarno (2011) berhasil mengkolaborasi dengan konsep politik sehingga muncul studi kewirausahaan politik, bahwasanya peran dari aktor politik bisa merambah ke peran managerial wirausaha, sehingga potensi ekonomi dapat dijangkau dan digali maksimal sesuai peraturan dan wewenang yang telah ditetapkan. Permasalahan yang didapatkan adalah bagaimana peran dari aktor lokal dalam pembangunan dan pengembangan Desa Wisata Boon Pring. Pengelolaan potensi Desa Sanankerto kurang terkoordinir dengan maksimal hingga tahun 2014. Relatif rendahnya pendidikan masyarakat ini berdampak pada minimnya penyerapan potensi diluar bidang pertanian di Desa Sanankerto. Hal tersebut juga akibat dampak negatif kurangnya kesadaran sosial dan politik aktor lokal dan masyarakat desa itu sendiri pada masanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kontribusi besar dari Kepala Desa Sanankerto dan Direktur BUMDes Kerto Raharjo dalam suksesnya pembangunan dan pengembangan Desa Wisata Boon Pring. Strategi yang diterapkannya adalah pengotimalan potensi desa diluar potensi pertanian. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dan relasi politik dengan pemerintah kabupaten, provinsi dan pusat menjadi salah satu faktor keberhasilan. Sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pelibatan masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa adalah bentuk empowerment yang tingkat keberhasilannya tinggi. Pelibatan pihak swasta dan pendidikan adalah pendukung dalam keberhasilan pembangunan desa Sanankerto.
English Abstract
Research with a qualitative case study approach analyzes the role of local political actors in the success of Sanankerto Village in optimizing the village's potential. This study uses the study approach of Israel Kierzner (1971) related to alertness and discovery which is more inclined towards economic entrepreneurship. Matthew McCaffrey and Joseph T. Salarno (2011) succeeded in collaborating with political concepts so that a study of political entrepreneurship emerged, that the role of political actors could penetrate into the managerial role of entrepreneurship, so that economic potential could be reached and explored maximally in accordance with established regulations and authority. The problem found is how the role of local actors in the development and development of the Boon Pring Tourism Village. The management of the potential of Sanankerto Village was poorly coordinated with a maximum of up to 2014. The relatively low level of public education has an impact on the lack of absorption of potential outside the agricultural field in Sanankerto Village. It was also due to the negative impact of the lack of social and political awareness of local actors and the village community itself at the time. The results showed a great contribution from the Village Head of Sanankerto and the Director of BUMDes Kerto Raharjo in the successful development and development of the Boon Pring Tourism Village. The strategy he applied was to optimize the village potential outside agricultural potential. Community empowerment and political relations with the district, provincial and central governments are one of the success factors. Socialization, training, and community involvement in village development are forms of empowerment with a high degree of success. The involvement of the private sector and education is a supporter in the success of the Sanankerto village development.
