Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Budaya Organisasi, mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi Kerja, mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 77 karyawan dengan teknik sampling propotional random sampling. Teknk analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan menggunakan alat bantu program WrapPLS 6.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership on Organizational Culture, determine the effect of Leadership on Work Motivation, determine the effect of Leadership on Employee Performance, know the influence of Organizational Culture on Work Motivation, determine the effect of Organizational Culture on employee performance, know the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 77 employees with a proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is PLS (Partial Least Square) using the WrapPLS 6.0 program tool. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on organizational culture, leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on work motivation, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on performance the employee.
