Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi sustainability performance PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur terhadap SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Penelitian ini berfokus kepada kesesuaian pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur berdasarkan Standar GRI dan kontribusinya terhadap SDGs. Data yang digunakan untuk mendukung penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang dipublikasikan di website perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur telah menerapkan dengan terbatas Standar GRI pada tahun 2015 dan menerapkan sebagian Standar GRI pada tahun 2016 sampai 2018. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur telah berkontribusi terhadap SDGs dari tahun 2015 sampai 2018. Secara keseluruhan, kontribusi terbesar perusahaan terhadap SDGs yaitu pada kesehatan yang baik dan kesejahteraan (SDGs 2) serta menjaga ekosistem laut (SDGs 14). Implikasi penelitian ini adalah kinerja sustainabilitas PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur yang tercermin dalam laporan keberlanjutan telah berkontribusi terhadap SDGs dengan baik dan menunjukkan peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan komitmen PKT dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dalam ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial.
English Abstract
This research aims to analyze the contribution of the sustainability performance of PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur on the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and also focuses on the suitability of PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur's sustainability report disclosure based on GRI Standards and its contribution on the SDGs. Moreover, the data which were published in the company’s website were used to support this research and the qualitative method was used in this research method alongwith descriptive approach. While content analysis technique was also used in this research to analyze the data. The results of this research show that PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur has implemented limited disclosure of GRI Standards in 2015 and partially applied the GRI Standards in 2016 to 2018. In addition, the results also show that PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur has contributed to the SDGs from 2015 to 2018. Overall, the result shows that good health and welfare (SDGs 3) and marine ecosystem (SDGs 14) are the biggest goals that the company has contributed to SDGs. Furthermore, the results also show that the sustainability performance of PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur has contributed well to the SDGs and shown by the increase from year to year and this increase shows PKT's commitment in achieving Sustainable Development Goals on economic, environment, and social terms.
