Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan: (1) pengaruh secara parsial variabel persepsi nilai, kesadaran kesehatan, dan kepedulian keamanan pangan terhadap niat beli makanan organik; (2) pengaruh secara simultan persepsi nilai, kesadaran kesehatan, dan kepedulian keamanan pangan terhadap niat beli makanan organik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 116 orang responden yang berusia minimal 18 tahun di Kota Malang menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi liniear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) variabel Persepsi Nilai (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli makanan organik (Y), (2) variabel Kesadaran Kesehatan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli makanan organik (Y), (3) variabel Kepedulian Keamanan Pangan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli makanan organik (Y), (4) variabel Persepsi Nilai (X1), Kesadaran Kesehatan (X2), dan Kepedulian Keamanan Pangan (X3) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap niat beli makanan organik (Y).
English Abstract
This study aims to identify and explain: (1) partial influence of the variabel of perceived value, health consciousness, and food safety concern on intention to buy organic food; simultaneous influence of the variable of perceived value, health consciousness, and food safety concern on intention to buy organic food. This research used survey method type with quantitative approach. The sample used in this study consist of 116 respondents who are aged at least 18 years in Malang City by using purposive sampling. Data collection method used in this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that: (1) variable Perceived Value (X1) have significant effect on intention to buy organic food (Y), (2) variable Health Consciousness (X2) have significant effect on intention to buy organic food (Y), (3) variable Food Safety Concern (X3) have significant effect on intention to buy organic food (Y), (4) Perceived Value, Health Consciousness, and Food Safety Concern have a mutual influence on the variable intention to buy organic food (Y)
