Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada PT. Rama Manggala Gas,Mayangkara Group Blitar)secara simultan dan parsial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan PT. Rama Manggala Gas. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dikarenakan regresi yang baik harus memenuhi uji asumsi klasik agar tidak mengandung bias. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Kompensasi Finansial berpengaruh signifikan dan memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel Kompensasi Non Finansial berpengaruh signifikan dan memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan variabel Kompensasi Finansial dan Kompensasi Non Finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

English Abstract

This research is intended to know the influence of Giving Compensation to Employee Towards Employee Performances (Study on PT. Rama Manggala Gas, Mayangkara Group Blitar) partially and simultaneously. The type of research that was used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was sampling jenuh. The data used was primary data by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT. Rama Manggala Gas. Technique that’s been used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis by using a classical assumption test because a good regression must fulfil the classical assumption test to make sure it was not biased. Classical Assumption test that has been used in this research is uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. The research result showed that partially Financial Compensation variable significant influenced and had a positive relation towards employee performances. Non - Financial Compensation Variable significant influenced and had a positive relation towards employee performances. The result of this research showed that simultaneously variable of Compensation Financial and Non - Compensation Financial significant influenced towards employee performance.
