Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh penerapan Etika bisnis Islam terhadap Customer Retention pada Store Lazizaa : PT Lazizaa Rahmat Semesta, sehingga dapat menjadi pembeda dalam persaingan bisnis restoran siap saji yang sangat ketat dengan perkembangan 15% hingga 18 % di tahun 2019. Indonesia dengan negara mayoritas Muslim di 2018 memiliki tingkat konsumsi atas makanan halal senilai mencapai 170 Miliar dollar AS dan merupakan konsumen makanan halal terbesar di dunia, hal ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan etika bisnis islam sangat tepat di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan variabel Eksogen Nilai Tauhid (X1), Nilai Keseimbangan dan Keadilan (X2), Nilai Kebebasan (X3) dan Nilai Tanggung Jawab (X4) sedangkan variabel Indogen yang digunakan adalah Customer Retention (Y) yang akan di analisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), peneliti mengolah data yang di peroleh dari 100 responden di Kota Malang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Nilai Tauhid (X1) dan Indikator-indikatornya tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Variabel Customer Retention . Variabel Nilai Keseimbangan dan Keadilan (X2) , Nilai Kebebasan(X3) , dan Nilai Tanggung Jawab(X4) dengan indikator-indikatornya secara parsial memiliki pengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap Variabel Customer Retention. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan Etika bisnis Nilai Keseimbangan dan keadilan , Nilai Kebebasan , dan Nilai tanggung Jawab akan meningkatkan Customer Retention pelanggan.

English Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the application Islamic business ethics to customers Retention in Lazizaa: PT Lazizaa Rahmat Semesta Stores, so that it can be a differentiator in the fast food restaurant business competition which is very tight with the development of 15% to 18% in 2019. Indonesia is a Muslim majority country which is 2018 has a level of consumption of halal food valued about 170 billion US dollars and is the largest consumer of halal food in the world, this proves that the application of Islamic business ethics is very appropriate in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with Exogenous variables, Value of Tauhid (X1), Value of balance and fairness (X2), Value of freedom (X3), and Value of responsibility whereas the endogenous variables used are Customer Retention (Y) which will be analyzed using the Structural equation modelling partial least squares (SEM-PLS) method, Researchers processed data obtained from 100 respondents in the Malang city. The results of this study indicate that variables Value of Tauhid (X1) and the indicator not have significant effect on Customer Retention variables (Y). Variables Value of balance and fairness (X2), Value of freedom (X3), and Value of responsibility and all of indicator partially has a positive and significant effect on the Customer Retention Variables, This research concludes that the application of Islamic Business with Value of Tauhid, Value of balance and fairness, Value of freedom , and Value of responsibility will improve the Customer Retention.
