Abstract
Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan indikator keberhasilan dalam pembangunan dalam suatu daerah. Produk Domestik Bruto Atas Dasar Harga Konstan (PDRB ADHK) merupakan instrument untuk mengukur pertumbuhan ekonomi. Jawa timur memiliki nilai PDRB ADHK tertinggi kedua jika dibandingkan dengan enam provinsi lainnya yang berada di Pulau Jawa. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh komponen Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), investasi dan jumlah tenaga kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2010-2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan (DJPK). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi Data Panel dengan pendekatan Random Effect yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak E-Views9. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel bebas yaitu indeks kesehatan, indeks pendidikan, indeks pengeluaran, investasi dan jumlah tenaga kerja memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap PRDB ADHK di Jawa Timur.
English Abstract
The growth of economics is the indicator of success of the development in certain area. Growth Domestic Regional Product Based on Constant Price (GDRP) is the instrument to measure growth of economy, East Java is the second highest GDRP compares to other six provinces that located in Java island. There are many factors that effecting the growth of economics. This research is conducted to see the effect of human development index component, investment and the amount of labor to the growth of economy in districts/capital of provinces in East Java in 2010-2017. This research is quantitative research, data that used on this research in secondary data that obtained Central Bureau Statistics (CBS) and Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan (DJPK). Data analysis on this research use regression analysis Data Panel with random effect approach that processed with E-Views9 software. The result of this research shows that the independent variable that processed is health index, education index, spending index, investment and the amount of labor that have a positive relation and significant to GDRP ADHK in East Java.
