Abstract
Good Corporate Governance (GCG) merupakan salah satu konsep yang wajib diterapkan oleh sebuah perusahaan untuk menyelamatkan perusahaan dari keterpurukan. GCG memiliki 5 prinsip yang wajib diterapakan yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi, dan kewajaran. Begitu pula dengan sebuah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). BUMN wajib menerapkan GCG sebagai landasan operasionalnya untuk mendukung negara dalam tercapainya kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat. Salah satu perusahaan di bawah naungan BUMN adalah PT. Pertamina Persero. PT. Pertamina Persero telah menggunakan prinsip-prinsip GCG di semua unit operasinya agar dapat bertahan dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat. Salah satu unit operasinya yakni PT. Pertamina Persero Refinery Unit VI Balongan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan dibatasi oleh dua fokus penelitian yaitu (1) Implementasi prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja BUMN di PT Pertamina Persero RU VI Balongan yang meliputi lima prinsip, yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, kemandirian, dan kewajaran; (2) Faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat dalam Implementasi Prinsip-Prinsip Good Corporate Governance dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kinerja BUMN di PT Pertamina Persero RU VI Balongan. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi di lapangan. Sedangkan analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa data deskriptif dengan melalui proses data collection, data condentation, data display, dan conclusion. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi prinsip-prinsip GCG telah dilaksanakan oleh PT. Pertamina Persero RU VI Balongan dengan baik sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya portal website yang dapat diakses setiap saat, adanya kejelasan terkait pengambilan keputusan, laporan keuangan, dan E- Recruitment. Kemudian, terdapat pedoman perilaku untuk mengetahui kejelasan fungsi organ perusahaan. menerapkan program CSR yang dilaksanakan dengan program budidaya jamur, bank sampah dan pengembangan kawasan mangrove. Tidak adanya intervensi dari pihak lain. Adanya sistem karir dan kesetaraan gender sehingga seluruh karyawan dapat bekerja dengan nyaman.
English Abstract
Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is one of the concepts that must be applied by a company to save the company from adversity. GCG has five principles that must be applied, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). BUMN are required to apply GCG as an operational basis to support the country in achieving prosperity for the community. One of the companies under the auspices of BUMN is PT. Pertamina Persero. PT. Pertamina Persero has used GCG principles in all of its operating units in order to survive in the face of increasingly fierce competition. One of the operating units, PT. Pertamina Persero Refinery Unit VI Balongan. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach and is limited by two research focuses, namely (1) Implementation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance in an effort to improve the performance of BUMN in PT Pertamina Persero RU VI Balongan which includes five principles, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness; (2) Supporting and Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance Principles in Efforts to Improve the Performance of BUMN in PT Pertamina Persero RU VI Balongan. Data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation in the field. While the data analysis used is descriptive data analysis through the process of data collection, data condentation, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of GCG principles has been carried out by PT. Pertamina Persero RU VI Balongan properly in accordance with applicable regulations. This is evidenced by the existence of a website portal that can be accessed at any time, there is clarity related to decision making, financial reports, and E-Recruitment. Then, there is a code of conduct to determine the clarity of the organ's functions. CSR programs implemented with mushroom cultivation programs, garbage banks and mangrove area development. The absence of intervention from other parties. A career and gender equality system so that all employees can work comfortably.
