Abstract
Antenatal care adalah pelayanan yang diberikan kepada ibu hamil secara berkala untuk menjaga kesehatan ibu dan janin. Perawatan antenatal care meliputi koreksi terhadap gangguan dan intervensi dasar. Antenatal care merupakan pelayanan kesehatan dasar untuk ibu hamil yang harus dilakukan sesuai standar, yaitu minimal 4 kali selama masa kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pandangan, pengalaman, dan perasaan ibu hamil terhadap pelayanan Antenatal care di Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif fenomenologi deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam untuk mengetahui pandangan, pengalaman, dan perasaan ibu hamil terkait pemeriksaan ANC di puskesmas dinoyo melibatkan 5 orang partisipan ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilannya di puskesmas dinoyo. Pandangan informan meliputi belum ada pengalaman dan tanggung jawab yang dimiliki semakin besar. Didapatkan pula pengalaman informan terkait pemeriksaan ANC di puskesmas dinoyo yaitu, keterbatasan alat pemeriksaan, pelayanan yang lama, jarak tempuh yang jauh, tidak yakin pada pemeriksa, dan rasa malas menghadapi kemacetan. perasaan informan juga berpengaruh dalam kunjungan ANC di puskemas dinoyo diantaranya adalah nyaman terhadap pemeriksa, keinginan informan memberikan yang terbaik untuk bayinya, keinginan agar bayinya sehat, tenang setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan, khawatiran terhadap kesehatan bayinya, dan keingintahuan terhadap perkembangan bayinya.
English Abstract
Antenatal Care is a service provided to pregnant women on a regular basis to maintain the health of the mother and fetus. Antenatal care includes the correction of disorders and basic interventions. Antenatal care is a basic health service for pregnant women that must be carried out according to standards, namely at least 4 times during pregnancy. The aim of the study is to find out the views, experiences, and feelings of pregnant women on the services of Antenatal Care at the Dinoyo Health Center in Malang City. The method used in this research is qualitative phenomenology descriptive with in-depth interviews to find out the views, experiences, and feelings of pregnant women related to ANC examinations at dinoyo health centers involving 5 participants of pregnant women who had their pregnancies examined at the dinoyo health center. Based on the informant's view, some factors that influenced the importance of prenatal care are the informants felt that they didn’t have the experience related to the examination and they felt that the responsibility they have is increasing.The informants also shared their experiences regarding ANC examinations at dinoyo health centers such as limited examination equipment, service that took a long time, distance traveled are too far, not sure about the examiner, and feeling lazy to face the traffic jams. The informant’s feeling that also influenced the ANC visits at the dinoyo public health center are being comfortable with the examiner, their desire to give the best for the baby, their desire for the baby to be healthy and to remain calm after the examination, concerned about the health of the baby, and curiosity regarding the baby's development.
