Abstract

Peningkatanjumlahpendudukakanberdampak pada tingginyapermintaanprodukpeternakan, sehinggaperluupayapeningkatanproduksidenganmemaksimalkanproduksiternakbai kdagingmaupuntelurmelaluipemberianpakan yang optimal. Salah satucontohnyaadalahayampedaging (broiler). Pakan merupakan tombak utama dari keberhasilan peternakan. Penambahan pada pakan alternative dapat membantu menekan cost maupun dampak negatif yang dihasilkan oleh peternakan tersebut. Salah satu pakan alternative yang digunakan yaitu bungkil kelapa. Bungkil kelapa umumnya mengandung protein kasar sekitar 20 % dan kandungan serat kasar yang cukup tinggi yaitu sekitar 23,5 – 25,5 % yang terdiri atas fraksi selulosa 13 %, galaktomanan 61 % dan manan 26 %. Komposisi yang sepertiinibungkilkelapaberpotensisebagaibahanpakanuntukternak non ruminansiakhususnyaayampedaging (broiler). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memgetahuipengaruh dan level pemberianenzimmananasesebagaiadditivepakanterhadapdeposisidaging dan kandunganammonia (NH3)ekskretaayampedaging. Penelitiantelahdilaksanakan di DesaJiwut, KecamatanNglegok, Kabupaten Blitarselama 35 haridaritanggal 24 Januari 2016 hingga29 Februari 2016. Analisisproksimatbahanpakan dan pakandilakukan di LaboratoriumNutrisi dan MakananTernakFakultasPeternakanUniversitasBrawijaya, Malang. Materi yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahayampedagingumursehari (DOC) strain Cobb Galur CP 707 Produksi PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm sebanyak 100 ekormengetahuideposisidaging dada kemudiandiambil 20 ekoruntukmengetahuikandungan NH3 dan protein kasarekskreta. Enzimmananase yang dipergunakandalampenelitianadalahenzimmananasedalambentukpadat yang mengandunggalaktomananase, galactosidase, xylanase, beta glucanase, amylase, protease dan phosphatase. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan dan masing-masing ulangan menggunakan 5 ekor ayam yaitu P0, P1, P2, P3 , P4. Data akan dianalisis secara statistik dengan Rancanganiii Acak Lengkap (RAL), apabila didapati hasil berbeda nyata akan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan’s. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan enzim mananase terhadap presentase deposisi daging dada, kandungan protein kasar ekskreta ayam pedaging tidak berbeda nyata (P> 0,05) tetapi pada kandungan ammonia (NH3) pada ekskreta ayam pedaging berbeda nyata (P<0,05). Kesimpulan daripenelitianiniadalahpenambahanenzimmananasedalampakanbelumdapatmenin gkatkanpersentasedeposisidaging dada, dan mengakibatkantingginyakadar NH3serta protein kasar pada ekskreta.

English Abstract

The aim of this research to determine the effect of mannanase enzyme level as feed additive on was meat deposition and ammonia content boiler excreta.The research has been carried out in Jiwut Village, Nglegok District, Blitar Regency for 35 days from January 24 to February 29, 2016. The material used 100 of day-old broilers (DOC) strains of CP 707 were produced by Chaoren Pokphand Jaya Farm, LTD. Then, 20 DOCwere taken to determine NH3content and crude protein of excreta. The mannanase enzyme was useda solid form which contain galactomannans, galactosidase, xylanase, beta gluconate, amylase, protease and phosphatase. This research method experimental in used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications and each replication used 5 chickens, namely T0, T1, T2, T3, and T4. The results showed that the addition of mannanase enzyme the percentage of breast deposition, the content of crude protein content of secreta was not significant different effect on meat deposiiii percentage and crude protein (P> 0.05) but the content of ammonia (NH3) significant different (P <0.05). The conclusion of this research that the additional of mannanase enzymes in feed couldnot increase the percentage of breast deposition, and maked increased of NH3 in and crude protein in excreta.
