Street vendors are one of informal sectors that often cause problems in urban areas. Like the street vendors in the Mojokerto City Square. The existence of street vendors is considered to have disturbed the orderliness and cleanliness of the city. Therefore, based on the Regional Regulation of Mojokerto City No. 5 of 2005 concerning the Arrangement and Development of Street Vendor Activities, the government implemented a policy of street vendors relocation. This study aims to determine the implementation of street vendor relocation policy in the area of Mojokerto City square and the factors that influence the implementation of this policy. This research uses descriptive research with qualitative approach. The focuses of this research are (1) Implementation of relocation policy of street vendors in Mojokerto City square and (2) support or inhibition factor of the implementation of relocation policy of street vendors in Mojokerto City square. Informants of this study include six interviewees. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and documentation in the field. Data analysis used models of Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The results of this study indicate that the street vendors relocation policy in the square area of Mojokerto City in terms of implementation is said to be effective because the policy objective is achieved namely creating a free area of street vendors in the city square area. So, when viewed in terms of implementation by looking at several factors that influence the implementation of the policy such as communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure has been effective. But author found some lack and give recommendation too.
