Abstract
Perusahaan ekstraksi dan lingkungan menjadi topik penting yang terjadi saat ini. Bagaimana perusahaan ekstraksi tersebut muncul dan menyebabkan dampak terhadap masyarakat lokal dan lingkungannya. Dibalik dampak negatif yang terjadi, adanya perusahaan ekstraksi juga menyebabkan dampak positif yang terjadi. Perubahan lanskap permukaan tanah dapat menciptakan permukaan tanah baru yang bisa berguna buat kepentingan banyak orang yaitu Lahan Reklamasi. Semua akan berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai rencana jika lahan pascatambang tersebut bisa dikelola dengan baik dan mentaaati peraturan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah Lahan Reklamasi menjadi salah satu contoh relasi yang diciptakan oleh perusahaan untuk masyarakat lokal. Contoh lainnya seperti pembangunan infrastruktur, kompensasi dan lain-lain. di dalam lahan reklamasi di Desa Jeladri banyak masyarakat sekitar sana menggunakan lahan tersebut. Dengan lahan yang terbatas bagaimana masyarakat bisa menggunakan lahan reklamasi tersebut, siapa saja yang bisa mengakses lahan tersebut dan modal-modal apa yang harus diperlukan dalam proses mendapatkan lahan reklmasi dan pengelolaan lahan nya. Semua itu menjadi pertanyaan peneliti. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan dalam sebuah lahan reklamasi terdapat kebijakan otoritas perusahaan dana kepemilikan lahan perhutani, perusahaan pun menyesuaikan aktivitas masyarakat desa. Selain itu, lahan reklamasi menjadi salah satu fasilitas yang disediakan oleh perusahaan dan didalamnya aktivitas lahan reklamasi terdapat dinamika yang terjadi antara individu-individu dalam mengakses lahan reklamasi tersebut. Semuanya akan dijelaskan dalam tulisan ini.
English Abstract
Extraction company and environment are become a matter topics that happened lately. How the etraction company appear and give them impact on the environment. So, behind the negative impact, the existence of this company could be make positive impact to local community, especially. Landscape change could create the new ground level which be handy for the interest of many people around the corporate. Yes, it's reclamation. All of the plants would be work if the reclamation could be managed properly and follows goverments regulations. The Reclamation Land is one model of the relationships created by companies for local communities. Other models you cand find there such as infrastructure development, compensation and others. in the reclamation land in Jeladri Village many people around there use the land. With limited land, how can the community use the reclamation land, who can access the land and what capital should be needed in the process of obtaining reclaimed land and managing the land. All of that becomes the question of the researcher. The results of the study show that in a reclamation area there is a policy on the authority of the Perhutani land ownership company, the company also adjusts the activities of the village community. In addition, the reclamation land is one of the facilities provided by the company and in it the reclamation land activities have dynamics that occur between individuals accessing the reclamation land. It will be explained in this paper.
