Abstract
Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis agar mengetahui bagaimana korban terorisme tersebut mendapatkan kompensasi yang seharusnya pihak korban dapatkan akibat perbuatan dari terorisme. Dan juga apa yang dilakukan oleh kepolisian atau negara terhadap akan hal itu. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah jenis penelitian yuridis empiris dengan metode penelitian yuridis sosiologis, dengan cara penelitian untuk memperoleh data yang di butuhkan penulis. Metode pengambilan data yang di lakukan berupa wawancara dan juga beberapa data yang memang berada di polda kota Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang di dapatkan oleh penulis, kompensasi yang di berikan kepada korban lebih kepada finansial sebagai ganti rugi yang di alami oleh pihak korban terorisme tersebut.
English Abstract
Research conducted by the author in order to find out how victims of terrorism get compensation that victims should get as a result of acts of terrorism. And also what is done by the police or the state about it. The type of research used by the author is a type of empirical juridical research with sociological juridical research methods, by means of research to obtain the data needed by the author. The data collection method used in the form of interviews and also some data that is indeed in the Surabaya city police. Based on the research results obtained by the author, the compensation given to victims is more financially as compensation for the victims of terrorism.
