Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara fungsi sosial dengan kepuasan volunteer di Pusat Studi dan Layanan Disabilitas (PSLD) Universitas Brawijaya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif yang tergabung sebagai volunteer di PSLD yang telah lulus on the job training selama tiga bulan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Fungsi sosial diukur menggunakan sub skala sosial dari Volunteer Functions Inventory (VFI) dan untuk mengukur kepuasan volunteer digunakan skala Volunteer Satisfaction Index (VSI). Untuk melakukan analisis data digunakan Pearson Product Moment untuk menguji korelasi dari kedua variabel yang diteliti. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara fungsi sosial dengan kepuasan volunteer (r = 0.553, p<0.05)
English Abstract
This research was conducted to see the relationship between social function and volunteer satisfaction at the Pusat Studi dan Layanan Disabilitas (PSLD) of Brawijaya University. The subjects in this study were active students who joined as volunteers at PSLD who had passed on the job training for three months. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 65 people. The method used in this study is quantitative correlational. Social function was measured using the social sub-scale of Volunteer Functions Inventory (VFI) and to measure volunteer satisfaction the Volunteer Satisfaction Index (VSI) scale was used. To do data analysis, Pearson Product Moment is used to test the correlation of the two variables studied. The results in this study are that there is a positive relationship between social function and voluntary satisfaction (r = 0.553, p<0.05)
