Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Rumah Sakit Permata Bunda Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement dan budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada perawat dan bidan Rumah Sakit Permata Bunda Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat Rumah Sakit Permata Bunda Malang sejumlah 93 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan software SPSS versi 24. Pada penelitian ini, hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) perawat dan bidan Rumah Sakit Permata Bunda Malang. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) perawat dan bidan Rumah Sakit Permata Bunda Malang. Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,377. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pengaruh employee engagement dan budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yaitu sebesar 37,7% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini.

English Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of employee engagement and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on nurses and midwives at Permata Bunda Malang Hospital. The type of this study is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample used in this study were all nurses and midwives who work at Permata Bunda Malang Hospital with 93 people. This study used saturated samples (census) as sampling technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire and measured by a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with 24th version of SPSS software. In this study, the hypothesis was tested using the F-test and t-test. The result indicated that employee engagement had simultaneous influence on nurses and midwives’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Permata Bunda Malang Hospital. In addition, the result of the study also indicated that employee engagement and organizational culture had partial influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of nurses and midwives in Permata Bunda Malang Hospital. The coefficient of determination in this study was 0.377. This showed that the contribution of employee engagement and organizational culture to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) was 37.7%, while the rest was influenced by other variables was not tested in this study.
