Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran trait extraversion dalam sikap terhadap korupsi. Penelitian ini bermetode analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan jumlah sampel minimal sebanyak 149 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasar kriteria yaitu anggota aktif partai politik di Kota dan Kabupaten Malang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala sikap dari Akhrani (2019) dengan aspek kognisi, afeksi, konasi dan skala big five oleh John (1990) yaitu Big Five Inventory (BFI) yang telah ditransadaptasi bahasa oleh Neila Ramdhani (2012). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat peran trait extraversion dalam sikap terhadap korupsi. Nilai dari R Square menunjukkan hanya 0,7%.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of extraversion trait in attitudes towards corruption. This study has a simple linear regression analysis method with a minimum sample size of 149 respondents with a purposive sampling technique based on criteria, namely active members of political parties in Malang City and Regency. Measuring instruments used are the attitude scale of Akhrani (2019) with aspects of cognition, affection and the big five scale by John (1990), namely the Big Five Inventory (BFI) which has been adapted by Neila Ramdhani (2012). The results show that there is no extraversion personality role in attitudes toward corruption. The value of R Square shows only 0.7%.
