Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh persepsi kegunaan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa layanan KAI Access, (2) pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa layanan KAI Access, dan (3) pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa layanan KAI Access. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Penelitian ini menggunakan 114 sampel. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel diambil dari mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya Malang yang sudah pernah melakukan pembelian tiket kereta api melalui aplikasi KAI Access. Metode analisis data dalam pengujian instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 21 melalui tahapan Analisi Regresi Linier Berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa layanan KAI Access, (2) persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa layanan KAI Access, dan (3) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa layanan KAI Access.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of perceived usefulness on the decision to use KAI Access services, (2) the influence of perceived ease of use on the decision to use KAI Access services, and (3) the influence of trust on the decision to use KAI Access services. The type of research used is explanatory research. This study used 114 samples. Sampling using non-probability sampling techniques with the purposive sampling method. Samples were taken from University of Brawijaya Malang students who had already purchased train tickets through the KAI Access application. Data analysis method in testing research instruments using IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 21 through the stages of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) perceived usefulness has a positive influence on the decision to use KAI Access services, (2) perceived ease of use has a positive influence on the decision to use KAI Access services, and (3) trust has a positive influence on the decision to use KAI Access services.
