Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adaptasi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menguji persepsi pelaku UMKM dengan menggunakan 90 unit UMKM di kota Malang yang menjadi responden dengan menyebar kuesioner dan menggunkan metode analisis data PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi UMKM di kota Malang dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan menggunakan teori penerimaan teknologi yaitu UTAUT 2 memiliki hasil positif dan signifikan untuk variabel laten berikut ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, motivasi hedonis, kebiasaan terhadap minat perilaku UMKM dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi. Sedangkan variabel laten nilai harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat perilaku UMKM dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi. Kemudian, minat perilaku UMKM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku penggunaan UMKM dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi, dan perilaku penggunaan UMKM dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the adaptation of the use of information technology to the performance of MSMEs in Malang. This study examines the perceptions of SMEs by using 90 UMKM units in Malang who are respondents by distributing questionnaires and using the PLS-SEM data analysis method. The results showed that the perception of MSMEs in Malang in the use of information technology on MSME performance using technology acceptance theory, namely UTAUT 2, had positive and significant results for latent variables including performance expectations, business expectations, social influence, hedonic motivation, habits towards MSME behavior interests in the use of information technology. While the latent variable of price value does not significantly influence the behavior of MSMEs in using information technology. Then, the interest of MSME behavior has a positive and significant effect on MSME usage behavior in using information technology, and MSME use behavior in using information technology has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance.
