Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan serta pemeriksaan atas audit penjaminan mutu berdasarkan ISO 9001:2015 di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan PGRI 3 Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif, serta teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan (wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi). Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) sebagai lembaga pendidikan calon penyedia tenaga kerja yang menguasai kompetensi pada bidang keahliannya, maka sekolah sebagai sarana yang mewadahi terciptanya produk dan layanan, harus memiliki jaminan kualitas mutu yang baik mampu bersaing secara global. Produk dan layanan yang berkualitas memenuhi standar dihasilkan dengan cara penjaminan mutu berdasarkan ISO 9001:2015 dalam pelaksanaan audit internal di sekolah tersebut. Peneliti menganalisis audit penjaminan mutu melalui 3 tahap, yang terdiri atas pengumpulan data, analisis data menggunakan siklus PDCA Shewhart (Plan-DoCheck-Act), serta menghubungkan antara kriteria, kondisi, penyebab, akibat, dan rekomendasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan PGRI 3 Malang melakukan penerapan dan pemeriksaan atas audit penjaminan mutu sesuai dengan prosedur terdokumentasi yang diterapkannya. Audit penjaminan mutu yang dilakukan tergolong efektif, meskipun terdapat beberapa kesalahan dan menyebabkan beberapa temuan yang bisa diperbaiki dengan tindakan perbaikan jangka pendek.

English Abstract

This aim of this study is to examine the application and examination of the quality assurance system based on ISO 9001:2015 at the Vocational High School PGRI 3 Malang. The method of the research process is descriptive qualitative, and the research data collection techniques utilized literature studies and field studies (interviews, observation, and documentation). Vocational high school, as prospective educational institutions providing masters who are competent in their fields of expertise and as schools that facilitate the creation of products and services, must have good quality assurance to be able to compete globally. Quality products and services that meet standards are produced by quality assurance system based on ISO 9001:2015, which are used in conducting internal audits at the school. Quality assurance audit was analyzed through three stages, which consist of data collection, data analysis using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) of Shewhart, and connecting between criteria, conditions, causes, consequences, and recommendations. The conclusion of this study is that Vocational High School PGRI 3 Malang implements and checks quality assurance in accordance with the documented procedures it applies. The performed quality assurance audits are quite effective, although there are a number of errors and some findings that can be corrected with short-term corrective actions.
