Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek yang digunakan adalah Perusahaan BUMN Bidang Konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah empat perusahaan, seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari uji F menunjukkan variabel profitabilitas, struktur modal, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan struktur modal, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, capital structure, liquidity, and firm size on firm value. The object of this study is stateowned construction companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The entire population consisting of four companies was selected as the sample. The data of this study was analyzed useing is multiple linear regression. The result of F test show that profitability, capital structure, liquidity, and firm size significantly influence firm value. While profitability partially has a positive and significant effect on firm value, capital structure, liquidity, and firm size partially have no significant effect on firm value
