Abstract
Karya tulis yang ilmiah merupakan suatu karya yang dibuat dan disajikan dalam bentuk ilmiah pada suatu media ilmiah. Aplikasi Informasi Lomba Karya Tulis Ilmiah Mahasiswa atau Berlaga bertujuan untuk memberi kemudahan dalam mencari informasi perlombaan karya tulis ilmiah, sekaligus mempermudah pihak panitia dalam mempromosikan lomba yang mereka selenggarakan. User experience atau yang bisa disebut dengan UX, merupakan sebuah presepsi dan respon yang didapat oleh pengguna yang meliputi emosi, keyakinan, pilihan persepsi, respon fisik, psikologis, perilaku dan keberhasilan pengguna yang terjadi saat sebelum, selama, dan setelah penggunaan dari penggunaan sistem atau produk, sementara Human-Centered Design adalah metode di dalam perancangan sistem yang bertujuan untuk membuat sistem interaktif yang terfokus terhadap penggunaan sistem, penerapan faktor manusia atau pengguna maupun aspek ergonomis yang berfungsi meningkatkan efisiensi, efektifitas, kepuasan pengguna, dan kenyamanan pengguna, setelah dilakukan pengujian menggunakan Usability Testing pada aplikasi Berlaga didapatkan hasil sebesar 96.5% dan dikategorikan sangat baik atau nilainya diatas 80%, dengan hasil rincian dari usability testing tersebut yaitu aspek efektifitas sebesar 100%, aspek efisiensi sebesar 100%, dan rata-rata aspek kepuasan sebesar 89,75%. Untuk pengujian UEQ mendapatkan tingkat atau nilai untuk skala attractiveness 2,38, perspicuity 2,46, efficiency 2,25, dependability 2,40, stimulation 2,18, dan aspek novelty 2,30, sehingga dapat dikategorikan excellent dengan kisaran 10% hasilnya terbaik pada evaluasi UEQ berdasarkan interval UEQ benchmark.
English Abstract
Scientific paper is a work created and presented in scientific form on a scientific media. The Information Application for Student Scientific Paper Contest or Berlaga aims to facilitate the search for information on scientific paper competitions, as well as facilitate the committee in promoting the competition they hold. UX or User Experience is a perception and response that user achieve from using system or product, this perception and response include emotion, faith, perception choice, physic response, psychological, behavior, and that’s achieved by user from before using it, using it, and after using it, Human-Centered Design is a method inside the sistem design that have purposes which is, making interactive sistem that focused to the system utilization, human factors application, or even ergonomic aspect that have function to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction. After being tested with usability testing for Berlaga application, the result is 96.5% and categorized as very good or the value is above 80%, the detail is 100% for effectiveness aspect, 100% for efficiency aspect, and 89.75% for satisfaction aspect. For the UEQ test, the level or value for the scale of attractiveness 2.38, perspicuity 2.46, efficiency 2.25, dependability 2.40, stimulation 2.18, and novelty 2.30, so that it can be categorized as excellent with 10% best average from interval UEQ benchmarck
