Abstract
Rumah Sakit Khusus Hayunanto Medical Center merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang mefokuskan diri pada pelayanan kesehatan rehabilitasi mental dan rehabilitasi ketergantungan narkoba di Malang. Dimana Ketepatan dan kecepatan alur informasi dalam layanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu hal terpenting yang sangat mempengaruhi kesehatan dan keselamatan seseorang. Salah satu layanan kesehatan yang yang membutuhkan alur informasi yang cepat pada rumah sakit ini khususnya di bagian rawat inap. Namun Pengimplementasian proses pencatatan data rawat inap masih dilakukan pada dokumen atau formulir yang selanjutnya hanya disimpan dengan map itu membuat tidak mempercepat alur informasi di Rumah sakit ini mebuat terlalu lamanya untuk melakukan pengurutan data sehingga berdampak pada proses pencarian data menjadi lama dan bahkan tidak diketahui karena harus menelusuri satu per satu data yang dicari. Begitu juga pada proses transaksi pemakaian obat atau periksa harus mengentri ulang data pasien, hal ini dikarenakan data pasien belum tersimpan secara rapi dalam sebuah penyimpanan. Dalam penerapan sistem yang manual akan sulit melakukan kontrol karena pemrosesan yang dilakukan oleh manusia maka untuk terjadinya kesalahan akan semakin besar, seperti terjadinya pengulangan pencatatan atau redundansi data data. Dalam menggunakan sistem informasi diharapkan pemrosesan akan berlangsung cepat dan memudahkan pengkontrolan sehingga kemungkinan terjadinya human error dapat ditekan. Sistem dikembangkan dengan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP) dengan tahapan fase inception, elaboration, construction, dan transition. Sistem informasi rawat inap diimplementasi dengan hasil pengujian validasi untuk menguji fungsional sistem dengan hasil 100% valid dan compability testing untuk menguji kebutuhan non fungsional didapat hasil 2 critical issues pada 2 aplikasi peramban. User Acceptance Testing yang dilakukan dengan lima koresponden dari masingmasing pengguna menunjukan sistem informasi layanan rawat inap dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna.
English Abstract
Hayunanto Medical Center Hospital is one of the hospitals that focuses on health services for mental rehabilitation and drug dependence rehabilitation in Malang. Where the accuracy and speed of information flow in health services is one of the most important things that greatly affects a person's health and safety. One health service that requires rapid flow of information in this hospital, especially in the inpatient department. However, the implementation of the process of recording inpatient data is still carried out on documents or forms which are then only stored with maps. This does not speed up the flow of information in this hospital. browse one by one the data sought. Likewise in the process of drug use transactions or checks must re-enter patient data, this is because patient data is not stored neatly in a storage. In the application of a manual system it will be difficult to control because the processing is done by humans so that the occurrence of errors will be greater, such as the occurrence of repetition of recording or reduction of data. In using information systems it is expected that processing will take place quickly and facilitate control so that the possibility of human error can be suppressed. The system was developed using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method with stages of inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. Inpatient information system is implemented with the results of validation testing to test the functional system with 100% valid results and compability testing to test non-functional requirements obtained by 2 critical issues on 2 browser applications. User Acceptance Testing conducted with five correspondents from each user shows that the inpatient service information system can be well received by the user.
