Abstract

Belimbing di Desa Ngringinrejo merupakan salah satu tanaman hortikultura yang menjadi ciri khas Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Belimbing di Desa Ngringinrejo memiliki keunikan dalam hal rasa dan warna, selain itu buah yang dihasilkan dapat disimpan dalam waktu yang lebih lama dibandingkan dengan buah belimbing dari daerah lain. Produksi belimbing pada tahun 2015 produksi buah belimbing di Desa Ngringinrejo mengalami penurunan akibat dari musim hujan yang panjang sehingga menyebabkan meledaknya populasi hama lalat dan ulat karena banjir. Selain musim hujan, tanaman belimbing juga rentan terhadap musim kemarau. Musim kemarau dapat menyebabkan bunga tanaman belimbing tidak dapat tumbuh dengan baik, sehingga tidak dapat berbuah. Petani menjual buah belimbing dengan harga yang relaif stabil meskipun produksinya menurun. Metode penentuan jumlah responden adalah dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 51 orang petani belimbing. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menganalisis arus uang tunai (cashflow) dan menganalisis kelayakan finansial. Analsis kelayakan finansial dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Net B/C Ratio, serta menghitung payback period. Kemudian dilakukan analisis sensitivitas untuk melihat kepekaan usahatani terhadap perubahan pada peningkatan biaya produksi dan penurunan hasil produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjjukan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh petani belimbing setiap tahunnya selama 16 tahun adalah sebesar Rp. 60.697.063. Petani masih belum menerima pendapatan mulai dari tahun ke-1 sampai pada tahun ke-4 karena tanaman belimbing masih belum dapat dipanen. Petani dapat menerima pendapatan pada tahun berikutnya yaitu tahun ke-5 dan terus meningkat sampai pada tahun ke-7. Pada tahun berikutnya pendapatan petani menurun sampai pada tahun ke-16. Petani tidak mendapatkan pendapatan pada tahun ke-15 sampai tahun ke-16 karena petani perlu melakukan kegiatan peremajaan untuk memperpanjang umur ekonomis tanaman belimbing. Hasil analisis kriteria investasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan usahatani belimbing di Desa Ngringinrejo layak untuk diusahatanikan karena telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan usahatani. Nilai NPV yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 173.350.099., Net B/C Ratio sebesar 1,186, IRR pada penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai 19%. Modal yang dikeluarkan oleh petani untuk investasi pada usahatani belimbing dapat kembali pada tahun ke-9. Analisis sensitivitas dihitung berdasarkan perubahan pada biaya produksi dan hasil produksi. Peningkatan biaya produksi sebesar 18% merupakan batas maksimum agar masih dapat dikatakan layak. Penurunan hasil produksi sebesar 12% merupakan batas maksimum agar masih dapat dikatakan layak.

English Abstract

Starfruit in the Ngringinrejo Village is one of the horticultural plants that is characteristic of Bojonegoro Regency. Star fruit in Ngringinrejo Village is unique in terms of taste and color, besides that the fruit produced can be stored for a longer time compared to star fruit from other regions. Star fruit production in 2015 star fruit production in the village of Ngringinrejo has decreased due to the long rainy season which caused the explosion of populations of flies and caterpillars due to flooding. Besides the rainy season, star fruit plants are also vulnerable to the dry season. The dry season can cause starfruit flowers to not grow well, so they cannot bear fruit. Farmers sell star fruit with prices that are relatively stable even though production decreases. The method of determining the number of respondents is to use the simple random sampling method, with the number of respondents as many as 51 starfruit farmers. The method of data analysis is done by analyzing the flow of cash (cash flow) and analyzing financial feasibility. Financial feasibility analysis is done by calculating the value of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Net B / C Ratio, and calculating the payback period. Then a sensitivity analysis was performed to see the sensitivity of farming to changes in increasing production costs and decreasing production yields. The results of the study show that the average income earned by star fruit farmers every year for 16 years is Rp. 60,697,063. Farmers still have not received income starting from the 1st year until the 4th year because star fruit plants still cannot be harvested. Farmers can receive income the following year, namely the 5th year and continue to increase until the 7th year. In the following year farmers' income declined until the 16th year. Farmers do not get income in the 15th to 16th years because farmers need to carry out rejuvenation activities to extend the economic life of starfruit plants. The results of the analysis of investment criteria indicate that the starfruit farming activities in Ngringinrejo Village are feasible because they have met the feasibility criteria for farming. The NPV value obtained is Rp 173.350.099. Net B / C Ratio is 1,186, the IRR in this study shows a value of 19%. The capital issued by farmers for investment in starfruit farming can return to the 9th year. Sensitivity analysis is calculated based on changes in production costs and production output. Increasing production costs by 18% is the maximum limit so that it can still be considered feasible. Decrease in production by 12% is the maximum limit so that it can still be considered feasible.
