Abstract

Kebutuhan gizi merupakan hal yang paling penting dan utama yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap orang yaitu sebagai pemenuhan energi serta protein bagi tubuh. Oleh karena itu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi, setiap orang perlu mengkonsumsi pangan yang beragam serta memiliki gizi seimbang. Akan tetapi dalam meningkatkan panganekaragaman pola konsumsi pangan dibutuhkan kontribusi sosial sehingga dapat mencapai peningkatan kualitas hidup, salah satu kontribusi tersebut adalah modal sosial yang terdapat di dalam anggota KRPL di Cemara Baran. Cemara Baran merupakan lokasi yang memiliki program Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari (KRPL) dengan potensi memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan sebagai salah satu kegiatan produksi untuk menghasilkan berbagai macam jenis tanaman dalam menunjang kebutuhan hidup. Berdasarkan uraian diatas penelitian terkait pengaruh modal sosial terhadap penganekaragaman pola konsumsi pangan rumah tangga: program Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari (KRPL) di Cemara Baran, Kelurahan Cemorokandang, Kecamatan Kedungkandang Kota Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis indikator modal sosial yang terdapat pada program KRPL di Cemara Baran, Kelurahan Cemorokandang dan (2) menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial terhadap penganekaragaman pola konsumsi pangan rumah tangga KRPL di Cemara Baran, Kelurahan Cemorokandang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan pada Maret – April 2019 di Kelurahan Cemorokandang. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode sensus dengan jumlah 32 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk indikator modal sosial menggunakan metode analisis faktor dengan pendekatan PCA (Principle Component Analysis). Pengaruhnya terhadap penganekaragaman pola konsumsi pangan menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0,596, artinya sebanyak 59,6% seluruh variabel bebas dapat menjelaskan pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat dan sisanya 40,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel di luar model. Terdapatnya setiap variabel bebas diketahui pengaruhnya terhadap penganekaragaman pola konsumsi pangan adalah (1) kepercayaan terhadap aparatur desa berpengaruh nyata terhadap penganekaragaman pola konsumsi pangan, (2) kepercayaan pada tetangga sekitar berpengaruh nyata terhadap penganekaragaman pola konsumsi pangan, (3) akses sering meminta bantuan antar masyarakat KRPL berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap penganekaragaman pola konsumsi pangan, (4) akses informasi dari pemerintah berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap penganekaragaman pola konsumsi pangan, (5) keaktifan masyarakat dalam menjalankan program berpengaruh nyata terhadap penganekaragaman pola konsumsi pangan, dan (6) keaktifan masyarakat dalam organisasi keagamaan berpengaruh nyata terhadap penganekaragaman pola konsumsi pangan. Sedangkan variabel penganekaragaman pola konsumsi pangan rumah tangga pada program KRPL ditunjukkan dengan skor PPH (Pola Pangan Harapan) sebesar 64,2, yang tergolong masih rendah.

English Abstract

Nutritional needs were the most important and the main thing that must be owned by everyone, namely as a fulfillment of energy and protein for the body. Therefore, to meet the nutritional needs, everyone needs to consume a variety of foods and have balanced nutrition. However, in increasing food, the diversity of food consumption patterns requires social contribution so that it can to achieve improved quality of life, one of the contributions is social capital contained in KRPL members at Cemara Baran. Cemara Baran is a location that has a Sustainable Food House Region Program (KRPL) with the potential to use the land as one of the production activities to produce various types of plants to support their daily needs. Based on the explanation above, the study relates to the effect of social capital on diversifying household food consumption patterns: the Sustainable Food House Region program (KRPL) in Cemara Baran, Cemorokandang Village, Kedungkandang District, Malang City. The purpose of this research were (1) analyze the social capital indicators was contained in the KRPL program at Cemara Baran, Cemorokandang Village and (2) analyze the effect of social capital on diversifying the food consumption patterns of KRPL households in Cemara Baran, Cemorokandang Village. This research was uses descriptive quantitative analysis carried out in March - April 2019 in Cemorokandang Village. Determination of respondents were uses census method with a number of 32 respondents. The data analysis technique was use for social capital indicators using factor analysis methods with the PCA approach (Principle Component Analysis). Its effect on diversifying food consumption patterns was uses multiple linear analysis methods. Based on results shown, the R square value is 0.596, meaning that as many as 59.6% of all independent variables can explain the effect on the dependent variable and the remaining 40.4% was influence by variables outside the model. The effect of each independent variable is known that the effect on diversification of food consumption patterns were (1) trust in village apparatus has a significant effect on diversifying food consumption patterns, (2) trust in neighboring communities has a significant effect on diversifying food consumption patterns, (3) access often requests assistance between the KRPL community has no significant effect on the diversification of food consumption patterns, (4) access to information from the government has no significant effect on the diversification of food consumption patterns, (5) the activity of the community in implementing programs has a significant effect on diversifying food consumption patterns, and (6) community activeness in religious organizations has a significant effect on diversifying food consumption patterns. While the variable diversifying of household food consumption pattern in the KRPL program is shown by the PPH score of 64.2, which was still low.
