Abstract

Kawasan Sudimampir merupakan salah satu zona CBD (Central Business District) pusat Kota Banjarmasin tepatnya di Kelurahan Kertak Baru Ulu, Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah, secara geografis dapat diakses melalui jalur transportasi darat dan jalur transportasi air. Kawasan tersebut mulai berdiri sejak tahun 1909 terdiri atas 2 pasar utama yang bersebelahan yaitu Pasar Sudimampir & Pasar Ujung murung berkembang hingga pertokoan-pertokoan di sekitar Kawasan pasar. Jalur pedestrian di kawasan Sudimampir tidak optimal digunakan karena banyak digunakan untuk kegiatan lain. Terdapat sudut-sudut jalur pejalan kaki yang digunakan untuk tempat parkir dan lapak pedagang yang menggangu kenyamanan pengunjung. Kawasan Sudimampir memiliki kondisi jalur pedestrian yang kurang baik. Terdapat kerusakan di beberapa titik jalur pedestrian yang ada berupa lobang diatas drainase. Terjadinya kemunduran vitalitas pusat kota Banjarmasin, meliputi menurunnya kondisi fisik, sarana dan prasarana. Walkable environment merupakan konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk melakukan perbaikan dan penataan di Kawasan Sudimampir. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Matriks Asal Tujuan (MAT) untuk menentukan prioritas lajur penataan dan analisis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan analisis Quality function deployment (QFD) untuk menentukan prioritas kebutuhan perencanaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh lajur-lajur pedestrian dengan 6 klasifikasi tipologi pergerakan berdasarkan karakteristik lajur pergerakannya dan diperoleh 12 kebutuhan perencanaan penataan yaitu: Penertiban penggunaan jalur pejalan kaki yang digunakan untuk parkir dan berjualan, Desain fasilitas pelengkap dengan motif ukiran trasional, Penambahan fasilitas tempat duduk di jalur pejalan kaki, Penataan fasilitas pelengkap jalur pejalan kaki yang tidak menghalangi, Perbaikan jalur yang berlubang, Pergantian material material paving, Penambahan fasilitas zebra cross, Penambahan fasilitas rambu lalu lintas, Perawatan rutin jalur pejalan kaki dan fasilitas pelengkap 1 minggu sekali, Penambahan fasilitas pelican cross, Penambahan tempat parkir, Perbaikan sistem kelola parkir. Hasil-hasil analisis berupa prioritas lajur penataan dan prioritas penataan dan perbaikan disesuaikan dengan standar/ peraturan untuk membuat rekomendasi konsep jalur pedestrian di Kawasan Sudimampir.

English Abstract

The Sudimampir area is one of the zones of the CBD (Central Business District) center of Banjarmasin City which is located in Kertak Baru Ulu Village, Central Banjarmasin, which is geographically accessible via land transportation and air transportation lines. This area began to stand since 1909 consisting of 2 main markets Pasar Sudimampir & Pasar Ujung grow up to shops around the market area. Pedestrian routes in the Sudimampir area are not optimal because they are used for other activities. There are corners of the pedestrian path used for parking lots and merchant stalls that interfere with visitors' comfort. Sudimampir area has poor pedestrian path conditions. There is damage at several pedestrian points in the form of holes above the drainage. The deterioration of the vitality of Banjarmasin city center, including the decline in physical conditions, facilities and infrastructure. Walkable environment is a concept used in this study to make improvements and structuring in Sudimampir Area. This study uses the Origin Purpose Matrix analysis (MAT) to determine the priority of the arrangement lane and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Quality function deployment analysis (QFD) to determine the priority of planning needs. Based on the analysis results obtained pedestrian lanes with 6 classification typology of movement based on lane characteristics of movement and obtained 12 structuring planning needs, namely: Control of the use of pedestrian paths used for parking and selling, Design of complementary facilities with trational carving motifs, Adding seating facilities in pedestrian pathway, arrangement of complementary facilities for pedestrian pathways that do not obstruct, Repair of perforated lanes, Substitution of paving material, Addition of zebra crossing facilities, Addition of traffic sign facilities, Routine maintenance of pedestrian pathways and supplementary facilities once a week, Add pelican facilities cross, add parking space, improve parking management system. The results of the analysis in the form of priority arrangement and priority arrangement and repair lanes are adjusted to the standards / regulations to make recommendations for pedestrian lane concepts in Sudimampir Area.
