Abstract

Perkembangan industri pada era industri 4.0 ini terjadi sangat cepat. Persaingan sangat kompetitif diberbagai lini, khususnya pada bagian produksi. Produk yang akan dijual atau disewakan harus dapat memuaskan konsumen. Salah satu bagian yang paling vital di perusahaan adalah pekerja dari perusahaan tersebut. Tenaga kerja melakukan aktivitas perusahaan secara langsung, kualitas produk yang dihasilkan tergantung dari performansi pekerja, akan tetapi pekerja melakukan aktivitas dengan postur yang tidak baik sehingga dapat menyebabkan beberapa gangguan kesehatan. Salah satu gangguan kesehatan tersebut adalah MSDs, MSDs adalah cedera dan gangguan pada sistem muskuloskeletal, disebabkan oleh berbagai bahaya atau faktor risiko di tempat kerja. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map terdapat keluhan pada bengkel PT. Bagong Dekaka Makmur, khususnya pada bengkel pengelasan yang mendapatkan skor tertinggi Nordic Body Map yaitu 54,5. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), dan Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC). Metode REBA untuk mengindentifikasi seluruh bagian tubuh yang dapat menimbulkan risiko MSDs, setelah itu menggunakan metode QEC yang juga mengidentifikasi bagian tubuh yang dapat menyebabkan risiko MSDs dan terdapat beberapa factor yang tidak ada pada metode REBA. Hasil Kedua metode sama – sama diperlukan perubahan, bengkel pengelasan mendapatkan hasil REBA Score sebesar 7 hingga 9 (medium risk sampai dengan high risk), dengan hasil tersebut maka perlu dilakukan perubahan. Metode QEC mendapatkan hasil Exposure Level sebesar 50,7% - 51,7%. Perubahan yang dilakukan adalah usulan rancangan desain meja dan kursi, pelatihan aspek ergonomis dan usulan APD. Estimasi REBA Score setelah perubahan yaitu 3 hingga 4 (low risk hingga medium risk), estimasi Exposure Level untuk metode QEC yaitu sebesar 42,9% - 43,9%. Terdapat penurunan REBA Score dan Exposure Level setelah dilakukan perbaikan.

English Abstract

Industrial development in the current Industry 4.0 era is significantly rapid. Competitions are very tight on various divisions, especially on the Production Division. Products to be sold must be able to satisfy consumer’s needs. One of the most vital part of a company is their workers. Workforces do direct activities, the quality of products produced depends heavily on worker’s performance. However, workers sometime enact their activities with the wrong work posture and therefore can cause various health complications. One of these complications is MSDs, MSDs are injuries and disorder on the musculoskeletal system, caused by various dangers and risk factors in the work environment. Based on Nordic Body Map questionnaire, there are complaints on PT Bagong Dekaka Makmur workshop, specifically on it’s welding workshop which obtained the highest Nordic Body Map score of 54,5. The methods used in this research was the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), and Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC). REBA method identified MSD risks on the whole human body, after that QEC method, which also identifies risk factors on the human body, identified MSD risk factors not present on REBA method. Result of both methods showed that changes were indeed needed, welding workshop attained the highest REBA score of 7 to 9 (Medium Risk to High Risk), therefore changes were needed. QEC method showed an Exposure Level at 50,7% - 51,7%. Changes implemented were recommendations to table and chair design, ergonomic aspect training, and Personal Protective Equipment (EPP). Estimated REBA score after the changes were 3 to 4 (Low Risk to Medium Risk), while estimated Exposure Lebel for QEC Method was 42,9% - 43,9%. It was concluded that REBA Score and Exposure Level both experienced reduction after the changes were implemented.
