Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan apakah ada pengaruh secara simultan antara Personal Knowledge Management 2.0 (X1) dan Digital Competence (X2) terhadap Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y), serta pengaruh secara parsial antara Personal Knowledge Management 2.0 (X1) terhadap Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y) dan Digital Competence (X2) terhadap Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu explanatory research (penelitian penjelasan). Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 50 orang karyawan PT Alpha Teknologi Indonesia Kantor Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah census sampling (sampling jenuh). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden dan data sekunder yang berasal dari dokumentasi. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Likert. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik. Data pada penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SPSS 23 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel (21,285 > 3,19) menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara Personal Knowledge Management 2.0 (X1) dan Digital Competence (X2) terhadap Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y). Hasil berikutnya diketahui thitung > ttabel (2,845 > 2,012) menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Personal Knowledge Management 2.0 (X1) terhadap Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y) dan diketahui thitung > ttabel (3,412 > 2,012) menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Digital Competence (X2) terhadap Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,453 yang menunjukkan proporsi pengaruh Personal Knowledge Management 2.0 (X1) dan Digital Competence (X2) terhadap Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y) sebesar 45,3%, sedangkan sisanya 54,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

English Abstract

This research aims to know and explain whether there is a simultaneous influence between Personal Knowledge Management 2.0 (X1) and Digital Competence (X2) on Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y), and the partial influence between Personal Knowledge Management 2.0 (X1) on Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y) and Digital Competence (X2) on Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y). This research is quantitative research and the research type is explanatory research. The number of samples in this study was 50 person of employees in PT Alpha Teknologi Indonesia Malang. The sampling technique used is census sampling. Sources of data in this study were obtained from the primary data by spreading questionnaires to the respondents and secondary data derived from the documentation. The measurement scale used in this reseach is Likert scale. This research using descriptive statistics analysis and multiple linier regression analysis with a classic assumption test. Data on this research is processed using SPSS 23 for Windows. Based on the result of data analysis and hypothesis testing has been done show that Fcount > Ftable (21,285 > 3,19) shows there is significant influence simultaneously between Personal Knowledge Management 2.0 (X1) and Digital Competence (X2) on Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y). The next result is known tcount > ttable (2,845 > 2,012) indicate there is significant influence between Personal Knowledge Management 2.0 (X1) on Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y) and also known tcount > ttable (3,412 > 2,012) show there is significant influence between Digital Competence (X2) on Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y). The value of determination coefficient (R2) is 0,453 which show the proportion of influence Personal Knowledge Management 2.0 (X1) and Digital Competence (X2) on Knowledge Worker Productivity (Y) equal to 45,3%. While the remaining 54,7% influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.
