Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh Rekrutmen Elektronik terhadap Employer Branding, (2) menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh Rekrutmen Elektronik terhadap Candidate Experience, (3) menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh Candidate Experience terhadap Employer Branding, dan (4) mengidentifikasi pengaruh Rekrutmen Elektronik terhadap Employer Branding dengan Candidate Experience sebagai variabel mediasi. Jenis penelitian adalah eksplanatori (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari Rekrutmen Elektronik, Employer Branding, dan Candidate Experience. Sampel penelitian ini adalah lulusan Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis, Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi, Univeristas Brawijaya Angkatan 2013 yang telah memiliki pengalaman dalam proses rekrutmen elektronik. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada 60 responden yang sesuai dnegan kriteria sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rekrutmen Elektronik tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Employer Branding, Rekrutmen Elektronik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Candidate Experience, Candidate Experience memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Employer Branding, dan Candidate Experience terbukti merupakan variabel mediasi dari Rekrutmen Elekronik dan Employer Branding

English Abstract

This research aimed to (1) test and analyze whether Electronic Recruitment has a significant impact on Employer Branding, (2) test and analyze whether Electronic Recruitment has a significant impact on Candidate Experience, (3) test and analyze whether Candidate Experience has a significant impact on Employer Branding, and (4) identify the influence of Electronic Recruitment on Employer Branding through Candidate Experience as a mediating variable. The type of this research was explanatory research with quantitative approach. The variables of this research were electronic recruitment, employer branding, and candidate experience. The sample of this research was recent graduates of Business Administration, Faculty of Administrative Science, University of Brawijaya Batch 2013 that has gone through e-recruitment process. The sampling technique used for this research was using purposive sampling and the data collection method done by distributing the online questionnaire to 60 respondents according to the sampling criteria. The data then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The result showed that Electronic Recruitment did not have a significant impact on Employer Branding, Electronic Recruitment has a significant impact on Candidate Experience, Candidate Experience has a significant impact on Employer Branding, and Candidate Experience proved to be the mediating variable of Electronic Recruitment and Employer Branding.
