Abstract
Wisata Telaga Ngebel merupakan salah satu objek wisata di Kabupaten Ponorogo yang memiliki potensi besar. Meskipun demikian dalam pengembangan Wisata Telaga Ngebel masih terdapat masalah berupa kondisi jalan yang berlubang dan sempit serta pengembangan yang belum mempertimbangkan area spasial disekitar wisata ini. Keberadaan objek Wisata Telaga Ngebel juga belum memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi perekonomian masyarakat disekitar Wisata Telaga Ngebel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa mengenai pengembangan Wisata Telaga Ngebel dalam meningkatkan ekonomi lokal dan menganalisa hasil pengembangan Wisata Telaga Ngebel terhadap peningkatan ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Ponorogo, sedangkan situs penelitian berada di Wisata Telaga Ngebel yang terletak di Kecamatan Ngebel, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Sumber data berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan instrumen penelitian terdiri dari peneliti sendiri, pedoman wawancara, catatan lapangan dan instrumen penunjang lainnya. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode analisis interaktif yang dikemukakan oleh Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Wisata Telaga Ngebel sudah mencangkup semua aspek dalam pengembangan pariwisata meskipun demikian amenitas yang ada dilokasi wisata ini masih belum lengkap dan pengembangan yang dilakukan dilingkungan sekitar objek Wisata Telaga Ngebel juga belum memperhatikan area spasial dari wisata tersebut. Hasil dari pengembangan Wisata Telaga Ngebel terhadap peningkatan ekonomi lokal belum memberikan hasil pada semua aspek dimana perluasan pendapatan belum merata dan hasil pengembangan belum dapat menguatkan keberadaan usaha mikro dan kecil didaerah sekitar wisata tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka saran dari peneliti yaitu dalam pengembangan dilingkungan Wisata Telaga Ngebel perlu memperhatikan lingkungan spasial atau lingkungan makro, Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Ponorogo perlu berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait untuk melengkapi fasilitas yang belum ada di Wisata Telaga Ngebel, mengembangkan angkutan pariwisata, Dinas Pariwisata perlu bekerjasama dengan agen perjalanan wisata untuk melakukan promosi, serta melakukan pembinaan secara merata dan konsisten kepada masyarakat dan pelaku industri di Wisata Telaga Ngebel.
English Abstract
Ngebel Lake Tourism is one of the attractions in Ponorogo Regency which has great potential. Even so, in the development of Ngebel Lake Tourism there are still problems in the form of hollow and narrow road conditions and developments that have not considered the spatial area around this tour. The existence of the Ngebel Lake Tourism object also has not contributed greatly to the economy of the local communities around Ngebel Lake Tourism. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the development of Ngebel Lake Tourism in improving the local economy and analyzing the results of the development of Ngebel Telaga Tourism towards improving the local economy. This research uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach located in Ponorogo Regency, while the research site is in Ngebel Lake Tourism located in Ngebel District, Ponorogo Regency. Sources of data came from primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study, while the research instrument consists of the researchers themselves, interview guidelines, field notes and other supporting instruments. Analysis of research data using interactive analysis methods proposed by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the development of Ngebel Lake Tourism had covered all aspects of tourism development, although the facilities that existed at this tourist location were still incomplete and the development carried out around the Ngebel Lake Tourism object had also not considered the spatial area of the tour. The results of the development of Ngebel Lake Tourism to the improvement of the local economy have not yielded results in all aspects where the expansion of income has not been evenly distributed and the results of development have not been able to strengthen the existence of micro and small businesses in the area surrounding the tourism. Based on the results of the study, the researchers' advice in developing the Ngebel Lake Tourism environment needs to pay attention to the spatial environment or macro environment, the Ponorogo Regency Tourism Office needs to coordinate with relevant parties to complete facilities that do not yet exist in Telaga Ngebel Tourism, develop tourism transportation, Tourism Agency needs to cooperate with travel agents to carry out promotions, as well as conduct coaching evenly and consistently to the community and industry players in Ngebel Lake Tourism.
