Abstract

Supervisi akademik memiliki ruang lingkup untuk membahas kinerja mengajar guru. Kinerja mengajar guru selama ini merupakan hal utama saat melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran. Sudah sewajarnya apabila guru secara aturan mengikuti 8 standar nasional pendidikan. Kepala sekolah dan pengawas mendapat mandat dari pemerintah untuk membantu guru yang mengalami kesulitan. Kulaitas dan kuantitas guru ditentukan oleh terserapnya materi dan kemampuan prestasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus Penelitian berikaitan dengan Ruang Lingkup Supervisi Akademik yaitu 1. Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013. 2. Tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian. 3. Pencapaian standar Kompetensi lulusan, Standar Isi dan standar proses. 4 Peningkatan mutu penddidikan melalui pengembangan. Sumber data yang dibutuhkan adalah Sumber data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data dari Miles and Huberman dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, Kondensasi data, Penyajian data, dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Bahwa Kegiatan Supervisi akademik sudah berjalan namun belum optimal. Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik berhubungan dengan empat ruang lingkup. 1. Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 masih saja ditemui sasaran sebatas dengan pelaksanaan visi-misi sekolah. Seharusnya Kurikulum 2013 memberikan arti lain dari keseluruhan pembelajaran. 2. Tahapan Persiapan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian. Peneliti mengidentifikasi bahwa aspek persiapan dikerjakan melalui pembagian tugas. Pelaksanaan terkait dengan Elaborasi, eksplorasi dan konfirmasi. Penilaian Guru membuat prosedur , mekanisme, instrumen untuk menilai hasil kegiatan pembelajaran. 3. Pencapaian Standar SKL,Isi dan proses sesuai permendikbud namun dalam penerapan masih sering tidak sesuai dengan Rencana perencanaan Pembelajaran. 4. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui pengembangan peserta didik aspek yang harus dikuasai adalah afektif, psikomotorik dan kognitif siswa. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian menciptakan beberapa saran yaitu dengan Membuka pembelajaran sesuai dengan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran,Penyegaran materi pokok bahasan Kurikulum 2013.Memberikan hadiah pada peserta didik yang berprestasi sarana pembangkit motivasi siswa Kepala sekolah , guru dan pengawas seharusnya lebih peka dan mengerti akan pentingnya pengawasan demi terciptanya pembelajaran yang menarik. Hubungan antara pengawas dan guru disekolah binaan lebih ditingkatkan lagi agar tercipta hubungan saling menguntungkan.

English Abstract

Academic supervision has scope to discuss teacher teaching performance. Teacher teaching performance has been the main thing when conducting learning activities. It is only natural if the teacher rules according to the 8 national education standards. The principal and supervisors get a mandate from the government to help teachers who are experiencing difficulties. The quality and quantity of the teacher is determined by the absorption of the material and the achievement abilities of the students. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Research Focus is related to Academic Supervision Scope, namely 1. Implementation of 2013 Curriculum. 2. Stages of preparation, implementation and assessment. 3. Achievement of graduate competency standards, Standard Content and process standards. 4 Improving the quality of education through development. Sources of data needed are primary and secondary data sources. Analysis of the data used is data analysis from Miles and Huberman with the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and withdrawal conclusions. The results of the study showed that academic supervision activities had been running but were not optimal. The implementation of Academic Supervision relates to four scope. 1. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum is still limited to the implementation of the school's vision and mission. 2013 curriculum should provide another meaning for the whole learning. 2. Stages of preparation, implementation and assessment. The researcher identified that aspects of preparation were done through division of tasks. Implementation related to Elaboration, exploration and confirmation. Assessment Teachers make procedures, mechanisms, instruments to assess the results of learning activities. 3. Achievement of graduate competency standards, contents and processes according to the Minister of Education and Culture, but in application it is still often not in accordance with the Learning Planning Plan. 4. Improving the quality of education through developing students aspects that must be mastered are affective, psychomotor and cognitive students. Based on the results of the study creating several suggestions, namely by opening learning in accordance with the implementation plan of learning, refreshing the subject matter of the 2013 curriculum. Providing prizes to students who have achievement in motivating students. Principals, teachers and supervisors should be more sensitive and understand the importance of supervision to create interesting learning. The relationship between supervisors and teachers in target schools is further enhanced in order to create mutually beneficial relationships.
