Abstract
Penanggulangan kemiskinan merupakan salah satu program kinerja peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu caranya ialah dengan penanggulangan kekurangan air bersih melalui berbagai program. Pada RPJMD 2016-2021 Kabupaten Malang, salah satu prioritas pengembangan di daerah WP IV meliputi Kecamatan Poncokusumo adalah Penyediaan dan Perbaikan Air Bersih. Untuk itu harus dinilai sejauh mana Penyediaan menyentuh Desa Wringinanom yaitu salah satu desa di Kecamatan Poncokusumo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghitung dan mengetahui nilai Water Poverty Index (WPI) & Social Network Analysis (SNA) Desa Wringinanom. Tujuan selanjutnya memodelkan hubungan kemiskinan air bersih dengan kondisi sosial dan infrastruktur di Desa Wringinanom. Analisis yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian adalah perhitungan WPI, SNA, Moran’s I, Local Indicator of Spatial Autocerrelation (LISA) dan analisis regresi spasial berdasarkan model ordinary least square dan spatial lag model. Berdasarkan perhitungan WPI, kemiskinan air di semua RT di Desa Wringinanom masih tergolong rendah namun nilai terkecil berada di RT 9. Pada hasil permodelan spasial, menunjukkan WPI memiliki keterkaitan spasial antar RT di Desa Wringinanom.
English Abstract
One of the solutions is to overcome the lack of clean water through various programs. In the rpjmd 2016-2021 of Malang Regency, one of the priorities for development in the WP IV area includes Poncokusumo Sub-District, which is the Supply and Repair of Clean Water. For this reason, the extent to which Provision touches Wringinanom Village is one of the villages in Poncokusumo District. The purpose of this study is to calculate and determine the value of the Water Poverty Index (WPI) & Social Network Analysis (SNA) of Wringinanom Village. The next objective is to model the water poverty relationship between social and infrastructure conditions in Wringinanom Village. The analysis used to achieve the research objectives is the calculation of WPI, SNA, Moran's I, Local Indicator of Spatial Autocerrelation (LISA) and spatial regression analysis based on ordinary least square and spatial lag models. Based on the calculation of WPI, water poverty in all RTs in Wringinanom Village is still relatively low but the smallest value is on RT 9. The results of spatial modeling show that WPI has spatial linkages between regions so that development directions are adjusted to the results of the modeling.
