Abstract

Malang merupakan peringkat kedua penduduk terbanyak setelah Surabaya di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Malang yang tiap tahun penduduknya bertambah mengakibatkan kebutuhan bahan pokok khususnya daging ayam broiler meningkat. Daging ayam broiler salahsatu sumber protein hewani yang bergizi. Daging ayam broiler dapat dikonsumsi oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat sehingga adanya peningkatan permintaan setiap tahunnya. Ketersediaan daging ayam broiler yang selalu harus terpenuhi di Pasar serta harus memperhatikan harga juga. Harga daging ayam broiler pada hari besar keagamaan (seperti idul fitri, idhul adha, natal) terjadi kenaikan yang sangat mencolok dibandingkan dengan harga pada saat hari normal. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk meramalkan harga yaitu High Order Fuzzy Time Series Multifactor pada Prediksi Harga Ayam Broiler. Dengan menggunakan data sebanyak 72 data yang diperoleh dari BPS pada periode Januari 2013–Desember 2018. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh MSE terbaik yaitu 1,430 berdasarkan dari jumlah order terbanyak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode High Order Fuzzy Time Series Multifactor baik digunaka dalam meramalkan harga ayam broiler di Malang.

English Abstract

Malang is the second highest ranking population after Surabaya in East Java Province. Malang, which every year the population increases resulting in increased demand for staple foods, especially broiler chicken meat. Broiler chicken is one of the sources of nutritious animal protein. Broiler chicken can be consumed by all levels of society so that there is an increase in demand every year. The availability of broiler chicken meat which must always be fulfilled in the market and must pay attention to prices as well. The price of broiler meat on religious holidays (such as Eid al-Fitr, Idhul Adha, Christmas) is a very significant increase compared to prices on a normal day. Therefore we need a method that can be used to predict the price of the High Order Fuzzy Time Series Multifactor in the Prediction of Broiler Chicken Prices. By using data as much as 72 data obtained from BPS in the period January 2013 – December 2018. Based on the results of this study obtained the best MSE is 1,430 based on the highest number of orders. It can be concluded that the High Order Fuzzy Time Series Multifactor method is good for predicting the price of broiler chickens in Malang.
