Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dirasakan oleh pegawai (BPKAD) Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan cara pengumpulan data survei. Jumlah responden sebanyak 52 orang yang merupakan pegawai BPKAD. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Uji instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 23.00 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh secara parsial bahwa motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai BPKAD ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung 3,107 > nilai t tabel 2,010 dan kepuasan kerja juga mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai BPKAD ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung 3,422 > nilai t tabel 2,010. Secara simultan atau bersama-sama kinerja pegawai BPKAD dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dibuktikan dengan F hitung 42,131 > F tabel 3,18 dengan Sig 0,000 < 0,05. Korelasi / hubungan motivasi diperoleh 0,738 dan variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja 0,748 yang dalam pedoman interpretasi koefisien korelasi berarti hubungannya kuat. Penelitian ini menyarankan BPKAD lebih memerhatikan beberapa unsur dan mempertahankan pemberian motivasi serta kepuasan yang sudah diterapkan saat ini. Dari variabel motivasi perlunya memberikan kenyamanan agar pegawai lebih menikmati pekerjaanya, seperti ruangan yang nyaman dan menyenangkan atau menyiapkan ruangan santai untuk hiburan sedangkan untuk kepuasan BPKAD disarankan untuk sering menjadwalkan kegiatan outbond atau loka karya agar antar pegawai hubungannya semakin baik sehingga tidak susah apabila diajak bekerja sama dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai yang harus diperhatikan adalah jadwal dan prosedur pegawai dalam bekerja supaya tidak melebihi jam kerjanya dan tetap libur ketika memang hari libur.

English Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance perceived by employees (BPKAD) Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Malang City. This study uses a quantitative method by means of survey data collection . The number of respondents is 52 people who are BPKAD employees. While the sampling technique uses simple random sampling . The test instrument used in this study is the validity and reliability test with multiple linear regression analysis methods and processed using SPSS 23.00 for Windows. Based on the results of the study, it is obtained partially that motivation influences the performance of BPKAD employees as evidenced by the value of t count 3.107> t table value 2.010 and job satisfaction also affect the performance of BPKAD employees as evidenced by the value of t count 3.422> t table 2.010. Simultaneously or together the performance of BPKAD employees is influenced by motivation and job satisfaction as evidenced by F count 42.131> F table 3.18 with Sig 0,000 <0.05. Motivational correlation / relationship was obtained 0.738 and the variable job satisfaction on performance 0.748 which in the guideline interpretation of the correlation coefficient meant a strong relationship. This study suggests that BPKAD pay more attention to several elements and maintain the motivation and satisfaction that has been applied at this time. From the motivation variable, it is necessary to provide comfort so that employees enjoy their work more, such as a comfortable and pleasant room or preparing a relaxing room for entertainment, while BPKAD is advised to frequently schedule outbound workshops or workshops so that the employees have better relations so they are not invited work together and to improve employee performance that must be considered is the schedule and procedures of employees in work so as not to exceed the working hours and keep on holiday when it is a holiday.
