Abstract

Pada pengaplikasian Antena Planar pada umumnya yaitu untuk penggunaan sinyal UHF. Pada penelitian kali ini akan dirancang antena planar untuk frekuensi 2.4GHz. Antena planar merupakan pengembangan dari antena mikrostrip yang pada dasarnya memiliki dimensi yang lebih besar. Dimensi antena akan mempengaruhi frekuensi kerja antena. semakin besar antena maka akan meningkatkan gain antena tersebut. Pada penelitian ini akan melakukan perancangan dan simulasi antena 3D dengan menggabungkan 2 patch antena . Selanjutnya akan di analisis pengaruh perbedaan dimensi terhadap performansi antena yang meliputi VSWR, Return loss, Pola Radiasi. Bahan yang digunakan dalam pemodelan antena yaitu alumunium. Model antena pada penilitian ini yaitu antena Inverse Equilateral Triangle dan Inverse Isoscale Triangel. Hasil penelitian pada antena Inverse Equilateral Triangle menunjukan bahwa penambahan patch akan menurunkan performansi antena, berbeda dengan hasil penelitian pada antena Inverse Isoscale Triangel yang menunjukan bahwa penambahan patch akan menaikan performansi antena. Performansi antena Inverse Equilateral Triangle memiliki VSWR dengan nilai 1.08, Gain sebesar 5.35 dB dan ReturnlLoss -28.205 dB Setelah penambahan patch di sudut 900 performansi antena Inverse Equilateral Triangle memiliki VSWR dengan nilai 1.155745, Gain sebesar 4.51 dB dan ReturnLoss -22.823 dB Performansi antena Inverse Isoscale Triangel memiliki VSWR dengan nilai 1.66, Gain sebesar 6.02 dan ReturnLoss -12.038 dB Setelah penambahan patch di sudut 900 performansi antena Inverse Isoscale Triangle memiliki VSWR dengan nilai 1.6147703, Gain sebesar 6.15 dB dan ReturnLoss -12.574 dB

English Abstract

In general application of Planar Antennas are the use of UHF signals. In this study a planar antenna for the 2.4GHz frequency will be designed. Planar antenna is the development of a microstrip antenna which has a larger dimension. The antenna dimensions will affect the antenna working frequency. Larger antenna will increase the antenna gain. a 3D antenna will be designed and simulated by combining 2 patch antennas. Next will be analyzed the effect of differences in dimensions on antenna performance which include VSWR, Return loss, Radiation Pattern. The material used in antenna modeling is aluminum. The antenna model use in this study is the Inverse Equilateral Triangle and Inverse Isoscale Triangel antennas. The results of the Inverse Equilateral Triangle antenna indicate that the addition of patches will reduce antenna performance, in contrast to the results of the research on the Inverse Isoscale Triangel antenna which shows that the addition of patches will increase the antenna performance. The Inverse Equilateral Triangle antenna has VSWR with a value of 1.08, Gain of 5.35 dB and ReturnlLoss -28.205 dB After adding a patch at the 900 point of the antenna performance, the Inverse Equilateral Triangle has a VSWR of 1.155745, Gain of 4.51 dB and ReturnLoss -22.823 dB Inverse Isoscale antenna performance Triangel has a VSWR with a value of 1.66, a gain of 6.02 and ReturnLoss -12.038 dB After adding patches in the 900 angle of performance of the Inverse Isoscale Triangle has a VSWR with a value of 1.6147703, Gain of 6.15 dB and ReturnLoss -12.574 dB
