Abstract
Indonesia berada di wilayah garis khatulistiwa yang mempunyai potensi energi surya yang cukup besar karena dilewati matahari setiap tahunnya, sehingga sangat cocok menggunakan sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS). Konsumsi listrik Indonesia setiap tahunnya terus meningkat, maka direncanakan PLTS di Kampus II Universitas Brawijaya untuk mensuplai beban Penerangan Jalan Umum (PJU). Hasil analisis penerangan jalan menunjukan bahwa lebar jalan 8 meter mempunyai angle beam 140,8536o, sudut stang ornamen tiang 20,5608o dan iluminasi sebesar 27,7 lux. Lebar jalan 9 meter mempunyai angle beam 139,1802o, sudut stang ornamen tiang 23,6375o dan iluminasi sebesar 25,8397 lux. Sedangkan lebar jalan 12 meter mempunyai angle beam 133,2294o, sudut stang ornamen tiang 32,0051o dan iluminasi sebesar 22,5225 lux. PLTS Terpusat Kampus II UB Dieng yang direncanakan berkapasitas 10 kWp mampu membangkitkan daya sebesar 10650,8984 Wp dan mensuplai daya beban selama 10,7802 jam. Hasil analisis drop voltage menunjukan bahwa panjang jalan berbanding lurus terdapat besarnya drop voltage. Maka digunakanlah kabel penghantar dengan jenis kabel NYFGbY 2C-16mm2 digunakan di lebar jalan 12 meter dan NYFGbY 2C-6mm2 digunakan di lebar jalan 8 meter dan 9 meter.
English Abstract
Indonesia is in the equator region which has a large enough solar energy potential due to the passing of the sun every year, so it is very suitable to use the Photovoltaic Plants System. Indonesia's electricity consumption increase every year, so Photovoltaic Plants in Campus II of Brawijaya University is designed to supply public street lighting. The results of the street lighting analysis show that road width 8 meters has 140.8536o angle beam, 20.5608o pole ornament angle and 27.7 lux illumination. The road width 9 meters has a beam angle of 139,1802o, 23,6375o pole ornament angle and illumination is 25,8397 lux. While road width 12 meters has a beam angle of 133.294o, pole ornament angle is 32.0051o and the illumination is 22.5225 lux. Off-Grid photovoltaic plant at Campus II UB Dieng, which is planned to have a capacity of 10 kWp, can generate power of 10650.8984 Wp and supply load power for 10.7802 hours. The results of the drop voltage analysis show that road length is directly proportional to the amount of drop voltage. Then the carrying cable with the type NYFGbY 2C-16mm2 is used in the width of the road 12 meters and NYFGbY 2C-6mm2 is used in the width of the road 8 meters and 9 meters.
